How many God's one community worships is none of your business.
It is not the number of God'd you worship that determines your dignity.Worshiping lesser Gods does not make one better.
If that was true how come many Christian Priests (who worship only one God) in the West have been accused of sexually using kids and that too male kids.
It is not a lie.The fact that the Pope himself has apologized for the such acts of some of his priests is proof that it is true.

Jesus is considered the avtaar of God...Mary is not worshiped but considered a saint and Jehovah is the Hebrew name for God. Maybe someone like me should put this question - whats the difference between Protestants, Presbytarians, Catholics, Jehovah's Witnesses, Baptists.. (forgot the others). Its a genuine question and not sarcasm. Most Catholics say that they are the only true ones. If so, why and how?

in the name of mission we spoiled our faith in India. Protestants are aggressively promote this and Catholics also take chances here and there especially in North India. In many places 80% of Dalits are Christians/Catholics. Jesus asked nobody to convert; church started this when they wanted to fight with Islam. Accordingly they changed Christ's teachings and started promoted Christianity. Even my forefathers were Hindus and forcibly converted to Christianity - may be showing guns. Actually Hindus were more peaceful than Christians in India. WE started all this nonsense in the name of religion - Crusaders! Now Hindu extremists are following the same thing Christians did few decades ago. Poor Hindus do not have even a single nation to call as Hindu nation. This is the main reason they want to change India into a Hindu nation.
This religion stuff is spoiling world peace. Look around the world - every war based on religion! It is sad that in the name of God we have we have to sacrifice our peace!

Hey Rodricks, you defintiely don't know anything about Catholicism. It takes 8-9 months for someone to convert to Catholicism. It starts in August-Sept. and culminates in April. It's easier and quicker for a Catholic to become a Hindu. Muslim or a Protestant...not the other way round. 8-9 months is sufficient time for anyone to decide what they want to do. I'm all for not converting anyone who doesn't know the religion well and is converting just for the sake of it...but if someone takes a decision over 8-9 months, then there must be something to it.

This is what I mean to say - 1) Brainwashing is very easy. I was also once almost brainwashed into becoming a christian. Luckily I know a lot about my religion which prevented me from believing anyone. But uneducated, downtrodden people are different. It's very easy to make them see the world through your eyes. 8-9 months dont matter to an ignorant person.
2) I dont blame/insult/abuse any religion, but I have seen a lot of Christians just love to pull up questions regarding our Gods. Why? Why do people start that? And this goes on, if possible everyday, in between every kind of talk.
I am not here to score any brownie points. Dunno about you. I am just trying to make you understand that this 8-9 month thing - doesnt matter. Thats all.
Also I was wondering why anyone who doesnt agree with you becomes an ignorant person.

I agree with your assessment. The missionary activities are really grating on the nerves of Hindus1. Add to that the constant degrading literature on Hinduism so that they could convert is disgraceful behavior.
No freedom of speech in India? This guy just wanted the truth about conversions, and he gets arrested. What nonsense. Go to Hyde Park in London, people openly voice their opiniuons about everything and every religion. Come to Boston, radio talk show hosts declare on the airwaves that islam has been a bad influence and breeds terrorists. Compare that with India. What a shame. People have no freedom is the person is a Hindu1. But thye missionaries can distribute insulting literature (hence the Mangalore backlash, blamed again on Hindus1)! Quite fascinating to see India self-destruct in the name of secularism!
