How about Reangs and Kashmir Pandits NHRC NMC
by S S on Apr 10, 2009 06:29 PM  | Hide replies

UPA US Redefines Minorities

The National Minorities Commission (NMC) is active only when the sufferers are non-Hindus,namely Christians and Muslims. But when it’s a case of Hindus being the minority community, their sufferings are totally ignored.
Take the case of Hindu Reangs of Mizoram: they have been driven out of the state since they refuse to embrace Christianity. The NMC has never bothered to visit the camps of these 30,000 unfortunate Reangs in Tripura. Nor has it bothered to look into the pathetic living conditions of Kashmiri Pandits, either in Jammu or elsewhere.

Hindus, as a minority community, cannot celebrate Durga Puja in southern Tripura, Meghalaya and other Christian majority states of the east. Does the Constitution define minorities as only non-Hindus? Now, when some churches have been attacked in and around Mangalore, they have rushed in, which has ultimately resulted in the Central Government issuing a warning to the Karnataka government.

When the Christian Missionaries first came to South Africa They had the bible and we had the land. They then asked to close our eyes and pray. When we opened our eyes, they had our land, we had the bible." Bishop Desmond Tutu of South Africa

Coverage of Orissa, Karnataka trouble: Balanced approach wanting
by Kamadhenu on Apr 10, 2009 05:55 PM

All the reports and commentaries on the attacks in Orissa and Karnataka sidestep the original sin of extreme provocation and the consequential long-simmering discontent among the Hindus. Would such scurrilous observations about what is regarded as holy and sacred be tolerated by any community anywhere else in the world?
In sum, the secularism as practised in the country is letting it down, besides polarising the population. It is time a body of persons reputed for their objectivity and erudition went into the meaning and implications of secularism and communalism
It is a hallowed principle of jurisprudence that justice should be even-handed, and both sides to a dispute must be given a full hearing before conclusions are drawn. The media coverage of the disturbances in both Orissa and Karnataka and the action taken by the Centre are so one-sided as to make any fair-minded person feel extremely worried.
Swami Lakshmananda was a revered figure in Orissa who was engaged in service to the weaker and vulnerable sections of the population. Allegedly, the local Christian votaries of conversion saw him as a thorn in their flesh.
Satya Darshini, in Kannada language, was circulated in the name of an outfit called the New Life Church, scathingly denigrating Hindu gods and goddesses in the foulest of language.
“When the Trinity of Hinduism (Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva) are consumed by lust and anger, how can they liberate others? Their projection as Gods is nothing but a joke. (p

We Indians has even a single in Musleem or Chr1steean or Seekh friend on our environment. Please don't make us enemies. If you want Vote, beg on the road, dont do such cheap politics.

20% minorities (musileems, chreesteens).
12% dalits(SC/ST).
Total 32% Vote will go for congress with Nett.

Remaining 68% vote is splitted as BJP, RJD, SP, CPM, TC, DMK, ADMK, Telugu Desam, JD, BJD etc

Again all BC/MBC/SC/ST students and Families are going to vote for Congress (me to).

Now think, who will come to power.
