Dear Editor, Where are my posts? I have been posting messages after messages, but none seem to have made it through. Is this selective discrimination? I had also written a diary sometime back, which was also not posted. I was under the impression that rediff is different and gives a paltform to the common man's voice. I think I was wrong.
Has she read Mein Kampf? She justifies the murder of Mahatma Gandhi.A very wrong concept of what she defines as Hindustan - a country where a human is totally free. Our freedom fighters did not give up there lives so that Id ,Diwali and Christmas would be celebrated indoors. We take pride in Ashoka,Akbar,Rafi & Kishor,Gavaskar & Leander. Those who speak of Arbistan etc are very few and such people are found in every nation. She talks about 11 years in prison Ask her can she clean up a undernourished person who is completely bedridden and is not related to her for even a day or hug a starving child for 2 seconds!Has she Heard of Mother?Be a human being not a fanatic.Dont Tarnish Bharats image
Dear Sir, I have gone through the online slide show: Gopal Godse's blast from the past and
the interview of Himani Savarkar. It was really good stuff and gave a good insight into
their minds. In the slide there is a statement: "I have published 'May It Please Your
Honour', written by Nathuram Godse. It is for Rs 50." Please send me the name and address of the publisher of this book (and others if
any) published by Gopal Godse. In the interview of Himani Savarkar there is another statement: " I decided to stop
the practice because I have the copyright on all Veer Savarkar literature. I am its
inheritor." Kindly send me the name and address of the publisher of this literature which
she is talking about (and others if any) published by Himani Savarkar. Since I am working as a journalist these books will come in handy for me. Thanking you, &nb sp; &n bsp; Yours faithfully, &n bsp; & nbsp; Jaswinder Singh Saluja.
Smt Himani Savarkar comment that" If people want to practice religion, they should do inside their home' is a very good idea, but why Sanghparivar is not following the same thought?
Secondly, our country is Bharat and we are Bharti like people from Japan are japanese, from Germany- German etc.etc. There is no country called officially as 'Hindustan'.

Ofcourse, this is Hindustan and if you say it is Bharat then you accept hindu mythology :-)
So thats it. This Himani Savarkar is daughter in law of savarkars brother and niece of Godse. No other evidence is needed to know which category all these belong to.
After coming out from jail giving apology this man never uttered a word against british. Was it a political move or ensuring personal safety? Then he championed cause of hindus weakening freedom struggle. What is so special about maratha? They are just part of our land like any other region from north to south and from east to west. Do they need a special status in India?
This lady is crazy. It might be her childhood which made her like that. With father in jail, booked for a henious crime her childhood should have been dificult. So nothing much should be read from her words. Its just because of her love for her father and the difficulties she faced as a child. But how can we bail out her father and uncle Godse? Americans are hunting Laden. He is a criminal with the worlds worst mind. If tomorrow his daughter come up with some ideologies because of her love towards her father how can we support her?
I wanted to know whether veer savarkar signed clemency statement to british accepting british hegemony.I have seen many news reports and magazine articles mentioning this .I haven't seen savarkar family never spoke about this issue.Atleast they should condemn .I am staunch hindu cause supporter.i would see no strong evidence of claims made by these news agencies ......I will request himani savarkar as well as all hindu intellectuals to come forward an help explain the world about this fact
thanking u for providing me with this oppurtunity karthik
What Mahatma Gandhi gave the nation was non-violence which is the greatest necessity today. The way people are killing each other, I think people should read Gandhi,Sardar and Nehru and why they acted in that situations, will make them realise the truth. No doubt Godse will be remembered as a killer not as a hero.
It is extremely shocking to see Gandhijis assasination being justified. Gandhiji was the father of the nation and any attempt to justify such act amounts to insulting the nation. Ms. Sarvakar should restrain from making such absurd comments.
