BCCI should first get a proper Head Coach to replace Ravi Shastri who does not appear to be doing any coaching. The batting, bowling and fielding departments have to be strengthened. The batsmen have been consistent in their inconsistency.
We need one good cricket guide like Dravid / Laxman / Ganguly who can mentor and groom new players as well as players like pujara , rahane , KL Rahul , Bihari who have some talent but they are not in right track of guidance from our current coach and bangar . Because Ganguly , Dravid are 100% success in English Condition .
