Time has come to control the greed of power in Virat Kohli. He is trying to become bigger than the game in India. His lies abt Steven Smith has already brought lot of shame to our country. And now his problems with one of the most gentleman of the game Anil Kumble. Time to control him.
An excellent piece of info on the rot which has set in BCCI and the Blinkered view of the Administrators. Kohli, within one year of scoring some good runs was bestowed with a Padma award. Could have judged him for a few more seasons. What was the haste. Kumble is a thorough Gentltman and am sure is being bullied by Kohli.

CoA should restrain many worms on and off the cricket ground! If needed, deworming may be taken up. Many of them should be shown their places.
Time has come strict rules and regulations must be framed for contracted players, board members, selectors, coaches and other senior level executives...Those contracted with BCCI or appointede by BCCI must not be allowed to earn from other source..Similarly all the contracted players must not be allowed for any endorsement,or,do any form of business commitment during tenure of the contract.During such contract period, companies willing for endorsement must be done thru BCCI,and all money shud go to the Board..On their part board can utilise this money to reward handsomely to good performers on match to match basis..,
Even if MSD had not resigned Test cricket he does not fit into category of A grade-given his current form and performance of last one year..BCCI must evaluate player's grade every year and not on the past records...
BCCI has handled the rift between Kohali and Kumble in a very unprofessional manner. They had no business to let it out in public when Champions Trophy is being played. BCCI is solely responsible for demoralising players and if do not reach finals of CT. CEO and the Secretary of BCCI have played in hands of vested interest and should resign immediately. Even the CoA also should be reconstituted by the Supreme Court. All have lost legitimacy
Guha is right...the way Gavaskar keeps backing Dhawan even when he is very inconsistent..needs at least one life to cross the 10--20s to make big score...
I'm reminded of an old Hindi Song from Film Gopi ( Mahendra Kapoor's classic): Ramchandra Keh gaye COA se...aisa kalyug aayega...Kohlli chunenga Coach ko aur khud hi makkhan khayenga... everybody needs a mentor...in each game...a coach... if you want a Yes Man instead of a coach, you would be doomed. Kohli's brashness needs to be curtailed and other cricketing legends should be shown their proper place and can't have them butting their nose in every matters of BCCI. COA needs to show some guts in reigning in the players both present and past.
