Guha's letters unravels the whole conflict of interest nonsense BCCI portrays..why on earth is it also allowed to chose commentators for it's telecasts..why not get independent media houses to chose whoever they wishes..you cant be the media as well the event organizer as well.. Conflict of interest is a big deal with the BCCI..with full time politicians, coaches, IPL team owners, players, board members, coaches and everyone else piece of the great 'Conflict of Interest' story. Need a serious Ethics committee..
Other than the trio I am not sure if any of the players be it current or older ones have a clean image be it Sachin / VVS or Ganguly. Moreover I think its time to throw this high headed Kohli not just out of captaincy but team as well. He doesn't deserve to be a captain at all. Who is he to dictate terms in coach selection? He is a student and Kumble is an institution. This guy just deserves to act in advertisements and romance that's it.
This saga needs to be addressed soon. In some points Guha is right. No one can be super player. If a person cant get along with a coach he can lead the time for long. Cricket is a team game and present one does not fit and fill bid goodbye soon. Forget breaking any records.

The superstar attitude is the reason behind not cooperating with successful coach...why not remove the uncomfortable player?
