Why should he quit and who does not love money. Do you work for free, and how long are you working for, why don't you quit your job and give some youngster a chance. Yes I thought so,WHY SHOULD YOU, all because you can't do without MONEY. YOU ARE JUST AS SELFISH.

Definitely Pujara is required sorry i missed out. I think Bhuvnesh will not shine in SA as he is clocking speed less than 130 KMPH. Irfan also clocking the same speed but his batting and immaculate line and length - Irfan will be my choice
I think this is the right time that he leaves the cricket field. He had a very bad series. I think he lost his timing and his last inning he could not score even 15 runs to win for the team. BCCI selection team should take a serious view. Because of him some of the younger players unmukut chand, raina, badrinath could not get chances to bat.
However, the selectors should drop him for poor performance in the last 10 tests (I guess he managed to score just 2 half-centuries in 18 or so innings) . If Sehwag, Gambhir, Zaheer can be (rightfully) dropped, why can't be Sachin?

Most of which came in 2010 and early 2011.
I do not doubt Sachin's capability as a batsman. He belongs to the elite class of Lara, Ponting, Kallis and Dravid. But he is too old now, and his reflexes have slowed down, which is affecting his performances. Do you think Sachin in his prime would have been out 4 times to Lyon?

To be fair, quite a few of those runs came against South Africa in South Africa. We had a very respectable 1-1 draw. Seeing the recent performances of the teams touring South Africa it is a brilliant result.

Devil or whatever you really are...Your way of responding in a public forum displays your upbringing...So, if you can't behave properly, at least better don't reply !!
Every time a discussion starts stating that this is going to be the last series that Sachin is palyign and time and again its proves wrong...please stop commenting leaving the final decision to Sachin himself...undoubtly sachin is a batting mystro..but he need to think of indian young prospects leaving his own interest and record..after Dravid, Ganguly and Laxman retired it gave a way to young blood and we are seeing some dividends...yet be proven on foreign conditions...hope sachin can understand this then anybody....

how many youngies you want? 5 of the top 6 are youngies only and still you want some new guy to come...think long term and see if these youngies will be able to perform abroad or not.
