4-0 is now assured for india. come on india, revenge executed. just look at how kp was brought into the eng team even after his disciplinary breach. that shows aus board are way ahead of others in enforcing discipline.

of course greg chappell was good for india...but not many people understood it at that point of time...like i said it is because of him that we became no 1 in all formats at some point of time...
why could'nt someone just ask the players in a standup about what they would contribute?. A presentation from the players for just telling them this?????.....
Ghosh, it looks like someone just decided to do this anyway...
If you see the discussion board 80% will make mockery of Australia and referring to Greg Chappel incident. It is because of firm stand Australia has been no1 for so long and not No1 i their own country like India. With Greg the matter was different. His mission was to be coach of the team and captain at the field without being able to provide a single positive input on improvement.
BCCI will never take this kind of decision ever and thats why India is world champions in India only.
Greg Chapell of Indian Era is back in Australian Team in the form of Mickey Arthur, the Australian Coach. Wonder how Coaches make a mockery of the Teams by taking these kinda decisions of dropping their Star players. Arthur is doing the same thing what Chapell did to India. Hope India/Australia learn lesssons from these and select their next coach wisely, hopefully select someone from their own Country. Meanwhile its Payback time for India...They are on the verge of whitewashing Austrlia 4-0 & its a given.

what chappell did was make india no 1 in all formats of the game...but instead of being grateful and thanking him many indian cricket fans just dont understand the good things that he did for the indian team...
Aussies are know to sledge...now that sleding isn't working as effectively as they aniticipated, they have retorted to new means -'Players' suspension'. This will do two things:
1. Make India feel over-confident and Aussies could want to use their complacency to reverse the series. 2. Even if things dont work out and they get whitewashed 0-4, they could atleast tell their cricket board that they did try something after second test and it simply didnt click.

Its like you dont prepare well for your exam and while writing the exam, you have no clue on a few questions/problems. But you come out of the exam hall and shout at your friends - I knew the answers dude..only thing I ran out of time.
...The Aussie skippers and selectors, have meant Business. Bradman treated Keith Miller,in a similar fashion.Ian Chappel did, the same, to Dennis Lillee, who tried bowling ,Leg breaks in unhelpful conditions,in Pakistan. This may be a psyop and Pattison and Watson may be selcted.
