Ponting was always jealous with Sachin, So he will not write good for Sachin. But in yesterday's paper, somebody has written Ponting is wrong. Sachin's record of winning is much much better than Lara. This Ponting may also known very well, but Jealous!!
Yes, I am in agreement with Ricky Pointing that Lara has been a better and consistent Batsman than our Sachin who is either a 'frequent zero' or an 'occasional hero'.

u can feel that being paki, bcz u never watched sachin batting, gilchrist hv mnay match winning knocks compared to punter, even bevan hv many winning knocks than punter. hahahahaha. even all world and punter knows, he is not better than sachin.

subrapaki, was yr mindblocked or yr eyesnotworking. our indian sehwag twice got triple century. here comparing lara with sachin statistics clearly showed sachin is 10 times beter than lara.

Sachin does not have triple hundred, because he is not a opener and many times he was on good track with every possibility of getting Triplie ore more but the Innigs were declared by the then captains for the sake of winning the test.

Nonsense. Lara is 1000 times better than Tendulkar.
Tendulkar always played for records, he does not deserve to be a great player. Who can forget the match against Bangladesh, where Tendular scored his 100th cenury at a snails pace on a totally flat pitch and contributed to India getting ousted from the Asia cup.

lara, twice got 400, u tell that innings was match winning knock. its clearly tells and all the world knows, he just played for record. one more thing against bagladesh, sachin and kohili made good score to make india in comfortable zone, where all batsman failed. its dhoni captaincy and bowlers part, who failed miserably. better blame dhoni or bowlers

Mr Konica ...whole world knows sachin played for records. He achieve all the records with BCCI help by never getting dropped from team. Any player who plays for 30-40 years at his own convenience knowing his place will be cemented will shatter all records.
All but one - a triple century.it requires a player of a different mental strength and talent to score a triple. Any one can score 3 hundreds in 3 matches - as long as he will never be dropped from team...but not a triple

For that matter - bradman,sobers,Lara, none of them were openers . But still they scored. the great Sunil gavaskar sis not score even one.
There is no connection between bein an opener and scoring. In any case sachin always had enough oppurtunities to score in the past due to our weak opening strength
