with england in last 8 matches, lost 6 (4 in england and 2 in home series) and won 1 (in home series). with australia lost 4 tests in last series.
If you see the record of ganguly our of 21 wins 12 have come against weaker sides 6 zimbawe 3 bangla and 3 west indies...also more abroad wins count wins against bangla and zimbawe..were as dhoni has a better wins agaisnt quality sides like australia, SA, SL, ENG, NZ

dhoni win also only at Home. No series win abroad agianst quality team like SA, Eng, aus etc. Even dravid overseas record is better than dhoni as India win series in Better WI team 7 england side. also won 1st ever test in SA under dravid. Though best captain was kumble who gave good fight in aus in only overseas series he captained both as captain as well as player while dhoni was big flop as captain & as batsman in Eng, Aus & SA.
only idiotic fools in india think that captain brings any cup. If captain has potential to bring cup, then how after winning 1st T-20 wcup, India out in 1st round of next 3 consecutive t-20 wcups loosing all matches under same captain. Its no. & form of match winner players, quality of opposition & pitch conditions which decide any match & not captaincy. Captaincy hype works only in india as most of people are manipulative & political. Players like sachin, laxman, kumble who when in form makes diffrence to match & not politician like dhoni who on merit will never get a place in team in T-20 & test format
Ganguly Is A Better Captain Than Dhoni Due To His Overseas Wins. But Ganguly Got A Better Team Than Dhoni. Zaheer Khan Is In Full Form When Ganguly Is Under Helm.When Ganguly Was The Captain Our Fast Bowling Is Better And Our Spin Bowling Due To Anil Kumble Looks Better Than Present Bowling.

yes, but dhoni should give chance to better player he only give chances to his chamchas CSK members
if you just see no of winning match, definetly dhoni is best, but if you see the situation, definetly dhoni is much behind than ganguly, dhoni has only one major victory in overseas, ie beat south Africa in durban, he yet to beat Aus,Eng on their own country.
1. Dhoni cannot win overseas, likes spin bowling 2. Fast bowling and Openers are discouraged and fitness issues 3. Our Olympic programs have no money and have fitness issues 4. Since no Olympic medals and no overseas cricket wins 5. Creates problem with TOURISM and IPL money wasted 6. No 50 million tourist market because of no sports culture

It is likely that the fast bowlers are not injured and want to play for the IPL. With all the fast bowlers playing in the IPL because of the cash involved.
If the IPL money causes the BCCI to drop fast bowling option then Umesh Yadav, Zaheer .. all are playing for the cash rich IPL and not the Dhoni Spinning team.
India's needs about 100 billion dollars for Olympic hosts for 2020 or 2024 and 50 billion per year on tourism in the future.
The Ministry of Tourism and Sports have to intervene so that the BCCI the IPL are in sync
