How can they manage so many tickets- players, staff at such short notice. They couldn't have fixed dates earlier as they were not sure whether they would play further or not--- or were they sure. All time pass buffs do reply

If players like Rohit Sharma are favoured in place of Manoj Tiwari who was made to sit outside in all of the matches.Rohit was promoted despite of repeated failures.

There is some coincidence or foolish and poor captainship of Dhoni; Rohit was given one over even against aussies also thus spoiling our run rate.

Dhoni should quit. He had his share of success. When the team succeeds he claims coz of him and with every defeat its the rain or the whole team. Rohit is a waste of time. How can he keep Manoj Tiwari out and favor this Rohit moron. He got so many chances and yet he has not proved himself. What a shame....Dhoni...quit before he gets kicked.

Emulate Australia
by Prasad on Oct 03, 2012 04:05 PM

The Australian team was in shambles after the retirement of many of their great players in one go. However, the way their Board and selectors have acted, Australia today is a strong favourite to win the T-20 World Cup. Their team is full of youngsters but 40-some Hussey and Hogg are doing equally well. Their Captain is selected after the best 11 players are selected. This ensures that Captains who do not perform in the field do not survive. In the Indian team, Gambhir is deadwood but Dhoni will not let him go. Yuvraj, though his performanace was better than many others, looks unfit. Anyway his batting is no good. Sehwag come out with a big score once on 10 or 20 matches and he is still retained. Zaheer cannot be removed because along with Gambhir and Yuvraj, he is in the ruling "caucus" of which Dhoni is the leader. Dhoni himself is reluctant to promote himself in the batting order and take responsibility. Rohit Sharma continues to get chances despite a series of flop shows. So how can India win? Sorry Dhoni reaped a windfall from the foundation laid by Saurav Ganguly. His glory days are now over. He is a bumbling, mumbling captain who cannot inspire the team

Poor Dhone is having no cricket education, so, join job as u diid
by subrata banerjee on Oct 03, 2012 04:04 PM

how long srinivasan will carry your bad and worthless performance? Are u selected as captain? or a wicketkeeper? or a hard hitting batsman? or because of your great cricket sense?
It is wondering to find you to come to the field to bat at number 6 or 7. What is your strategy? what best u could do or what best u have done? what your record says for coming to bat at number 6 or 7. This is unacceptable from captain who should fight from the front. But sadly, u are busy to hide yourself at the time of hard situations.

OBVIOUSLY AUSTRALIA MATCH WAS MESS BUT THEN WITH OLD AGE COWBOYS LIKE ZAHEER BALAJI AND HARBHAJAN YOU EXPECT TO LIFT THE CUP. COMMON... THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ATLEST 4-5 NEW FACES IN THE TEAM. WHY NOONE FROM INDIAN U 19 WAS PICKED. WE COULD HAVE PICKED BOWLERS ATLEAST FROM U19. YUVRAJ DID WELL BUT THEN WHAT WAS SO URGENT TO PICK HIM. WHAT WAS THE POINT IN BRINGING BHAJJI AND CHAWLA IN THE TEAM. WHY DID YOU PICK TIWARI IF YOU HAD NO PLANS TO BRING IN NEW FACES. WHERE DID BALAJI COME FROM? LOT OF CONFUSION, WE WENT TO PLAY WORLD CLASS TOURNAMENT OR TO SHOWCASE OUR HERITAGE.

India can get more success in all sports including Olympics. Some events and gold medals should be reserved for SC/ ST/ OBC/ Minorities and so on. India will come to first position.
