Make flat pitches, have a 6 test series with each Bangladesh and Kenya. Have Indian umpires. Let him score a century. Bribe the bowlers to bowl slow and no spin. Then he might retire, if not, just tell him he is not going to be selected again. It is time for him to step down. It is high time. Look at Puraja. There may be other players who are capable, young and hungry. It is time for him to step down. I also feel, Dhoni's time has come to retire from test cricket. May be Gambhir and Zaheer Khan.

Why dont we just make it easy, force retire everyone from the Indian team & get Jagdish Reddy to lead the side & have Sachin Tendulkar take classes from him & then behold - he will get back all his 'lost glory' & perhaps seeing that Dhoni will quickly realise hopefully that had Jagdish Reddy played instead of himself earlier, he might have made us the top playing test team, the T20 world champions & the more recently One day champions much faster than Dhoni was able to! We have lost a lot of time, lets all just hope & pray that Jagdish Reddy for our sake makes it to the Indian team & creates everything that Sachin & Dhoni put together, couldn't achieve for India. Thank you Mr. Reddy for considering this request. We remain, yours Sincerely!
each test that sachin plays earns him a crore of rupees. how many of you have even seen that much money in your entire lives. let him play till he is 80 and has played 1000 test matches
You call this pressure on Tendulkar ? Just go back and look at the pressure put on Rahul Dravid when he failed in Australia ... All started crying for his retirement because he was getting bowled .... and that too when he had a stupendous series against England and West Indies. I was once a fan of Sachin but no more ...I respect one and the only one Rahul Dravid
For those of sachin's fan dont have to disappoint yourself. Playing in the international arena when millions of spectators, fans, media are constantly monitoring is not easy. Sachin is under tremendous pressure ever since media started bugging about his 100th hundred and he is still not able to get away with that and play his natural game. For those of you who think its time to retire, remember Jacques Kallis is 37 and is still playing with not much pressure. Media starting pressurising Tendulkar's retirement since the end of 2007 world cup when he was much younger than Kallis now.

Its shame that people like imrand ghand are constantly commenting about his retirement due to jealosy. This goon himself played until 42 and when he (luckily due to rain) won the world cup he didnt even give credit to the team but said that his personal goal was to win worldcup to build cancer hospital.

imran was 39 when pak won the WC and retired immediately. Check the facts before commenting.

after that he should reach 16 K runs. Then 50th 100 in ODIs. Then he will be in his 24th yr, so play a year and complete silver jubilee, then WC 2015 will come, play that. Then he will be close to Indian record of oldest test cricketer - why not be the youngest and oldest test player for India! By then, Arjun will be ready so groom him in the Indian team for 2-3 years and then retire aaram se at 50.

sachin is not taller than a kid, @1.63m height,he is the shortest international cricketer. most under 16 boys are taller than him. this is the reason why he does advertisements with kids,so that he appears taller than them.you will never see him in an advertisement with his colleague cricketers.
