He is an oldie behaving like a young spoilt brat refusing to grow up, blocking chances of an youngster. What are the selectors for?
Even now it is not too late. He can announce his retirement now also and when he comes out to bat in the second innings for the last time he will be given a king's welcome and king's send off. The selectors are afraid to drop him. The so called experts from the Bombay lobby will continue to prop him up and he is made bigger than the game. He is blocking the chance of a youngster who, I am sure, will certainly make the scores that Tendulkar has been making over the last 22 months in Test cricket! Tendulkar, take a call and go out with majesty ..... already people have stopped asking `why' and are asking `why not?' (retire).
