How sad for Manoj Tiwari to feild for somebody who stopping his entry in the final eleven. Manoj can also score a 100 and fifty also ? So, why to he feild for somebody else?

yes, manoj tiwari could have opposed when he was been asked to field for sachin, because we believe in democracy. what a rediculous comment sir... in not manoj tiwari, we have great ravindra jadeja... think before you comment anything.
sachin fans were saying that we lost Bangla tie becuse of bowlers & Not because of Sachin's selfishness.
yesterday , it was proved again that on flat pitches the best of bowling attacks are rendered ineffective. Pak has better bowling attack than India & lanka , yet they went for 330 runs.
If only the great tendya had played for india & not for himself , we would have been in Finals.

By the same logic how were you able to win against lanka with a paltry 304. Do you mean to say that bangla was better team than lanka? You sachin bashers will go on to speak aussies lost to wi yesterday since sachin played selfishly. That is you sachin bashers' class.
in ODIs he willingly choses to open & refuses to come down the order. Why ?
This affords him the opportunity to play maximum overs to score.
In Test he refuses to open. Why ?
Coz . bowlers are at their cunnung best, try to extract the best from the track & don't focus on curtailment but trying to get the batsman out with no field restrictions. By the time he comes at no.4 , bowlers are either tired or pace of the wickets has been gauged . This enables him to play w o pressure & score runs.
Contrast this with only one recent example.
W C final , Gambhir on 97 , india still not out of woods. Gambhir still goes for the shot & gets bowled. We can imagine what would have happened , if SRT was at the other end( which thankfully he was not ). Probably We would not have felt ashamed if Bangla beat us.
W C holders were beaten by Bangla. Reason - the most selfish cricketer in the world.

thats precisely the reason india loses mostly when sachin scores century, he compromises team's intrest( read strike rate).

You have totally misunderstood we sachin fans. At no point of time sachin fans told that he is bigger than the country. It is you sachin bashers say that he should retire because he is not bigger than the country. Then we would support him with the same right as you people have been supporting other players. But because of the fact that sachin gets support from more people you frustrated bashers start saying that he is no bigger than the country. It is sign of your frustration. That's it.

he is playing for self. he is not going to be around for wc 2015. it is time to groom a youngster in his place. look at virat how he performed in hobart and now. did sachin give anything like that even in recent past ?

i was also a sachin fan like u . i also use to debate on him with others but now i feel he must retire . accept the reality man , he is not playing the way he used to .

Dear Kalpak,
Sachin is semi retired from odi well before all this talk. He is only playing few mathces. Then you people call him that he is choosing matches and he should not be allowed to do so. He is not bigger than the country. If he plays more odis then you would start crying that he is not allowing others to play. Cricket is not a charitable organisation where one should give others something freely. Everthing should be earned. I honestly believe that sachin still plays by earning his place not by somebody's courtesy. But sachin bashers would not even accept that simply because they do not like him. No other reasons for that. Only 8 matches he failed now one century followed by one fifty. And you are writing him off.

majority have started rushing towards a mirage hight-sachin.I wonder what viv/gavaskar..... would have done to the kind of bowling that batsmen have been facing since late nineties. Sorely, Viv/gavaskar...... would have scored no less than 500 centuries each in both forms of cricket if they were contemporaries of sachin.
Bottom line, this me-generation is lacking a TRUE ICON who could redeem them from moral helotry
when india successfully chased 300. this means he compromised in strike rate. look at virat he scored 2 scintilating century knocks in hobart against SL and against pak chasing 300 plus.
