No crickter can be gentelman like Rahul Dravid, His play was for Indian people only not for his own.His truthfulness for the country is salute to nation. His "alwida" from Indian team has broken my heart from cricket.

Really he always played for India and saved India many a times when it was in trouble.
Iam 50 years old, I watch Rahul's play from the first ball he faced. He played all the shots of cricket book and cricket book will be incom plete if any of his shot is unmentioned.
My sons and my brother ofcourse said in the initial days he was a slow player.
But I was clear he is a perfect player.

During 1986 and then on we watched only srikkanth's batting for his aggressiveness and then Kapil dev for his advetures batting. After sikka got out, we used to do our work / put off TV and switch it on only when Kapil comes for batting.
But after Rahul's arrival, our taste got changed and we were made to watch even his perfect, beautiful defence.

Rahul Dravid's exit will be un covered for years.

our eagerness to idolize is insatiable; a good cricketer has played a good innings and has made a good fortune in cash and has called it a day; well so he has called it a day; can't we stop hero worshiping him; pathetic
