Ppl r talking abt Sachin's retirement and of giving chance 2 youngsters. Frankly i don't see any young cricketer of note, except Virat Kohli, who can perform 1O% of what he is still doing. A few yrs earlier, we were making a lot of hullahbullah of Kumble's retirement, to give chance to the then most promising young spinner in the country, Amit Mishra. We don't even hear of him now. We have already seen what these youngsters are capable of in the recent A tour to the Windies. Mark my words, once Sachin and the last batting stalwart, Laxman, retires, we would be hard pressed to find a proper batsman, forget abt replacing these legends....We would be a team weak on batting, in the future...

Agreed... Virat in bits n pieces and may be Rahane are probables in batting line-up. We never had bowling line-up anyways. Once the last pillars fall, It's end of classic cricket for India.
They will be on the lines of Indian Hockey. And will lose to likes of Irish and Afghanis.

Got the 1st rank and lost the rank equally rapidly, to go off the charts with 8 losses consecutive. How consistent! :)
Yeah, we won the World cup at home but not because of spin fire power. And next one being played in Aussie we are assured of failing to defend the cup.
selfish 10dulkar is blocking the place of youth and the future of indian cricket. 10dulkar is only interested in money. all these are gimmicks by him 2 divert the attention from the actual point.

It is not love to cricket, it is his greed for money only. If he is so love to cricket, he should quit from the national team and play with children and give some tips for batting to the children.
no one can match his sacrifice for country , since 14 year old , he is playing for country , he not able to complete education , not able to enjoy his life , not able to give time to family , not able to celebrate festivals ..he completly lived life of sage , with only one aim to serve his country , no one can match this sacrifice .

Playing cricket is serving the country. What about Ambani, Azim Premji and soldiers in borders. Are they not serving the country. What a stupid comment on this
