Theres no doubt whatsoever that it will be a full monty and a supreme whitewash this time down under.Hope they manage to salvage something by winning atleast one one day against Sri Lanka.Australia is not gonna give anything easy this time round. They will open them up completely.

This series has proved ...

that Sachin is not the greatest batsman. Sehwag can hit triple hundreds only in docile subcontinental pitches. Outside he is a big zero.

for any sane indian fan, it does not need this series to prove it.
sehwag has absolutely no talent to play this game. he is just another afridi in the making.
tendu is chasing records these days, so has lost focus.... Also he has rarely if at all won matches for India with his blade outside the sub-continent.

makes no difference
by Ban Cricket on Jan 16, 2012 10:14 PM

let any player retire and be replaced by any youngster, its not gonna make any difference.
our players will always be thrashed outside sub-continent.
no point in blaming them as they have been trained on the slow dusty useless tracks...

Adelaide is going to be another innings defeat and India will even struggle to beat SL in the ODI series.

in the meantime tingu will be ready for his 100th ton in the home series..
if it happens against NZ and if he announces his retirement it will be a gr8 boon to indian cricket.

Why Sachin's credibility is not questioned
by Vijay Michel on Jan 16, 2012 10:14 PM  | Hide replies

Why Sachin's credibility is not questioned when he hasn't scored a century for almost an year now, going by his stature of greatness & standrads set by

him,it is still considered a average performace by the little man. has no one got the courage to ask for his head ???? considering everyone has made to retire

from ODI, why is he the exception ???? Now he has world cup under his belt. what's stopping him.. Oh may be 50th ODI ton :-)
Fans are genarally very favorable to Tendulkar, the so called greatest batsman in the game. People are prasing him by the no.of centuries scored by him in Test cricket. The most uncharitable comments are reserved for the removal of the seniors like VVS Laxman & now Dravid for ousting from the team. But not for Tendulkar. Why? Because he has to score his 100th international hundred. Team India has to win and not for some individual attaining a stastical

achievement. Tendulkar, if he is the greatest should have rescued India and carried the Team both in England and Australia. But he never comes off in a crisis, Fails more often in a critical situation. Why people are extremely biased in favor of Tendulkar. Has he made any "outstanding contribution" as a team

member, the way, Steve Waugh did for Australia or Gavaskar for India. What is the value of his talent/greatness if he cannot single handedly fight for the team. Further, why did he run away from Captaincy & responsibility.

Gary Sobers,
Curtly Ambrose,
Michael Holding,
Malcolm Marshall,
Glenn McGrath,
Shane Warne,
Wasim Akram,
Waqar Younis,
Muralitharan,
Ricky Ponting,
Jacques Kallis.........

there r still a lot more, but for now this list should be enough.

regarding knowing nothing about the game, I have been watching this game b4 the tingu was born.

the ones I have mentioned played this game w/o caring for records....
they r the ones who will be respected forever.
For ex: curtly ambrose retired when he was at his peak and had a bowling avg of 20...

Do u think any shameless indian cricketer would have retired during such a time.
So if u mention the name of Curtly Ambrose it evokes respect and awe unlike indian players including ur tendulkar....

Also ambrose during his hey day was a terr0r on the field and just ask the batsmen of his era what thoughts were going on in their minds when they had to face this gentle giant...
batsmen will tell u tales...

has any indian bowler till date been of that standard. NO.
Can India ever produce one Curtly Ambrose.. Answer is a resounding NO...

Are you watching cricket or just you saw the Cricinfo or like this. How many good innings ever played by in Gilchrist or Kallis in subcontinental? When they are (the green top pitch player) not performing in spinning track then why to blame only Indians?
Your mentality is just to criticize Indian cricketers, that's all.
