You mean Zaheer was chosen instead of Irfan ? Or selection panel ignoring Syed Kirmani or Azar ???
Gavaskar's comments are biased and has no relevance. First of all, he is making comments for the sake of commenting because he is being paid by BCCI. Secondly, how many matches and series he won when he captained India. He played only for the sake of his own record and even in the home series against Pakistan when he captained, we were thrashed very badly. Simply sitting in the press box making comments is very easy. If he is really concerned about Indian cricket then why he is not coaching the players and he is not taking the responsibility of a coach. Why we need foreign coach ? All rubbish. All these people i.e. Gavaskar, Shastri, Manjrekar and even Kapil Dev are earning fat sum from the BCCI and nothing else. Why can't Kapil Dev also take the responsibility and role of a coach.

You want same kind of result continue in future at abroad or improve. Learn from critisism is only way to succeed. Dhoni & team are getting lots of money (public ) & it is their responsibility to play . Another thing -don't attitude of player like Kohli , Raina is not good for Indai . They should be kept out from team for long duration so that they can change their attitude towards game.

I think you are not aware that presently Kapil Dev is out of favour with the BCCI, but your observation is more or less correct...

Kapil can't responsibility of a coach on his own he needs to be appointed by BCCI. Also, we indians always want a foriegn coach

It seems Dhoni is monopolising the selection of team (i.e his strong likes and dislikes)How can you select Ishant match after match when he provenly has no control over line and length of the ball.Why select Kholi and not Rohit Sharma who is technically much better batsman.Sack Dhoni from the captaincy of test team and things shall start looking up

Absolutely, Clarke , Hussey, Ponting , Pattison and infact all the team are BJP C team thats why they are defeating India. As you always say Team Anna should note this and comment on it.
As if Gavaskar doesn't know that Tendulkar gets a million dollar from the famed bookies for every match he doesn't score a 100. These are well known secrets of Indian team and I don't know why we are not adjusted to these facts yet.

You missed, he also scores runs because other teams under perform (latest India Pak WC Semi final - dropped 6 times)

He is a run machine and doesn't depend on the mercy of other teams. But his algorithms work for his own goals not for the team.
