Sachin he himself losing his respect and reputation
by N Rao on Feb 25, 2012 08:37 PM  | Hide replies

He was a great player no doubt but now he became a burden to the team. No body is eternal in this world and every body has end, so Sachin has to understand that he has to tune his mind.

If he would have retired after world cup winning every body would have appreciated him, and he would be ever greeen hero in India. Now he lost his reputation and respect completely by keeping playing still he is not able to play. Did any body tell how many match back had he hit a four confidently in international cricket? What a pathetic situation now such a great player, struggling to hit a single four, and it is bad to see him such a great player in this situation.

don't worry... he had "lost" his reputation in 2007 too, because there are lot of "intelligent" people like you on this planet... :)

Your cablewallah has cut off your cable? Please pay his dues and get it reconnected, then you can see Sachin scoring fours as well as sixes... :)

Pseudo, N Rao's cable is working properly...that is why he can see that sachin is struggling to hit a four....:-)

I suggest YOU pay YOUR cable wallah's dues so that YOU can see the matches on cable instead of seeing sachin scoring fours as well as sixes in your DREAMS...:-)

Not easy job with Sachin around. You are damned if you slect him or have to run for your lives if you just think of dropping him! We should be fair to the great man, but also to others waiting in the wings! So better to close the mouth and let others take them for fools than open it and remove all doubt!

Best Solution to Retire him
by Bharat KUKRETI on Feb 25, 2012 08:32 PM  | Hide replies

Let India arrange either 7 match test series with Bangladesh/Zimbabwe or one day series with Afganistan/ Kenia/Nepal/Maldeeves/Canad/Barmuda/UAE. This formula certainly will click for his 100 th century and he retires gracefully . Else you have to tolerate his failure till next world cup.

Why Put undue Pressue on Legend Sachin who has Made Fans Happy for 20 years! Can any one explain why Sehwag is retained in the ODI team though his performance has been dismal and if ehwag was playing for australia or england or sout africa, he would have been kicked out long ago! Sachin has played so many wonderful innings earlier and made us win ODI matches too, but if his bad form continues, he should give way for younger promising young players too. Time for Dravid and Laxman to call it a day and BCCI must give a farewell tests to both Dravid and laxman and Sachin sooner or later before they degrade themselves in the cricket pitches in future matches. In the interest of nation and in interest of saving millions of work hours every year in a poor country like ours, TEST macthes MUST BE BANNED Forever and WE MUST refuse to play time-wasting poverty-producing TEST macthes in India as well as Abroad and WE MUST announce that ONLY One day matches and T20 matches WILL be played by us ONLY during week-ends or Holidays in future too, in interest of our poor nation whcih as wasted billions of work hours during the past 60 years and more as wished or desired by the british colonizers who imported this game to our country to make lazy&morrons forever and to make us poor forever too.

At first Kick off Sehwag with his captain Dhoni out of the team along with Suresh Raina and see how the team performs. Here Mr. Jones is talking about the one and only tested race horse which has been consistent all these years to retire....... not fair Mr. Jones.

So still you want tendulkar to play in international cricket after 40 yrs also? Very good man, what a people you are. So how long you people wanted him to play, till 80 or 90 his age?
Tell that also. He was a great player no doubt but dont have end to him? What a pathetic situation he is it is bad to see him like a situation in international cricket. Let him go respectfully, otherwise people will never forgive him. He is now 39 years 3 or 2 months means 40 running do you know that. How many young cricketers not getting place in international cricket in india due he like people means, mainly Dravid, Sachin, Laxman.

Courage
by Sunil Kumar on Feb 25, 2012 08:25 PM  | Hide replies

Courage comes with confidence and with the present lot of so called best players, barring Sachin Tendulkar, no one can be confident. So, the rule applying to Ponting cannot be applied to Sachin. Because in one word, Sachin was a one-man team for India all these years and still he is better than the so called best in our team.

So, please do not come to conclusions on Sachin. It is only that this is one of his bad patch and he will reply with double vigor in the coming games.

So when after coming back to India he will play in indian conditions another hundred then you people start celebrating? till that time do we need to wait. If you are so much worried about him, you create one team and keep only Tendulkar into that and give 11 players batting chances only to him, no body asks, but when is he playing for country, he should perform otherwise he has to go out. Is he does not have end? He is 40 man, still you want him only to play in international cricket by putting youngsters into bay that tells your mind set. He is also like old politician who is not interested to retire.

Whoever enjoyed watching his innings and felt proud even for the second! has no rights to say anything. he is the guy who made indians fight in their routine challenges, intellectuals might not understand but he is the hero for the classes of people who just beg for motivating entertainment and intellectuals cannot deny that most of the rural masses love him. he is the great for the rural people, these all things doesn't matters to them!

We will be publishing more, but we wanted to wait until this book got read and then we could see whether we are able to deliver a book that is worthy of its physical presence and whether we can sell it well and most importantly, can we keep it in print. If all these things happen, then we will feel confident of holding the trust of another author and continue publishing.
