Even if Tendulkar wants to retire, he would be advised not to so by the greats like Ravi Shastri and Sunil Gavaskar because for them Maratha pride and Mumbaikar are more important than a winning combination of Indian team.
When he completes 2 more centuries in ODIs to make it 50 100s. Leave him alone till then. Or if you are in a hurry to see his back, arrange a tour to Kenya, Holland, Bangladesh, Canada, Honolulu or Timbuktu ASAP!!

Let him play till he thinks, he is not good for this game. A Man who used to leave the crease without looking the umpire if he feels he is out, is he needs our suggestions to leave his career?
And about your tour suggestion, Do you know who has the most number of centuries vs the Best Team in the world? Or His most number of centuries was scored against which team?
I had simple question, was his last 10 Centuries were recorded against any Minnow?
None of the players have done well in Aus tour, but no one is noticing as everyone is looking at 100th century and hence getting disappointed. The Media is unnecessarily making hype of the condition to attract readers. This is nonsense. He has all the capacities and he will do best shortly. He will be back into his best shortly.

in tests, the bowlers can still take 20 wickets yet our batsmen can also get all out twice and lose(while chasing it happens)..

Even if batsmen performs the best but bowlers fail, the best result is a DRAW and NOT a VICTORY!! I am talking about WINNING!! You CANNOT WIN Test matches without taking 20 wickets.
before talking about sachin please see the records of other so called young.if the performance is the criteria ,please throw the person from bottom.the politics and the behaviour of dhoni as captain taking the toll for entire team along with sachin.talking nonsense about sachin is not proper. he is going to give fittest reply.please note till sachin does not crack, the team will never win.

sachin is an opening batsman and he does his job well. if he plays for records , the run he gets are not accounted in team's score? if he plays down the order like lara then only crisis abilities can be measured

With your same logic, If the other players were truly played for the country and not for the Personal records, how they used to contribute?
Had they just done only bowling?
If they were also done batting with the more spirit than Sachin (With more country spirit than sachin), why they ddidn't got at least 1 runs more than Sachin?
Leave the total number of centuries (there also you people have excuse like, he played more matches ).
Just take the ratio like Centuries / Number of Matches.
Is there any of your players who were played for country and not for personal records ?
