Dhoni is really good player in onedayers. Before criticizing we should back our captain because he does not have bowling options at all. At least from now dhoni should play with 5 bowlers weather he wins or looses. Yuvi did not have good day.

Good point. Dhoni plays extremely well bug should concentrate on captaincy and strategy building skills.

Dhoni's ODI batting average is higher than the specialist batsmen of present and past Indian teams. What else to expect from a wicketkeeper batsman?

kazmi , without doubt he is among all time greats. Today's effort was equal to Kapil's in 1983 & Gavaskar,s 221 at the Oval(1979 Test)

Dhoni played well for his century. But we have seen many such innings which have no meaning at the end of the day which did not help India win.

Truth is bitter - Dhoni's century is of no meaning when India does not win. It is just for self records. Where are Sachin bashers and Dhoni fans hiding ?????

That is correct. But there are two sides to batting down the order in ODIs. You get chance to remain not out because you play lesser number of overs but there is also no chance for you to get you eye in. So all in all it is still a commendable performance and demostration of sheer grit.
Pl watch replay. The ball off which Dhoni was dropped was a no-ball. The bowler had landed on his toes (not on heels) which was a couple of inches beyond the crease. 4th umpire Asnani failed to take note of that.

does not matter. either way, it is pakistan's mistake. but blunders are yuvraj dropping a catch and ashwin bowling a no ball in a critical situation.

The whole series is already fixed.Two T20 matches won each by either side. Same thing will happen in ODI too for which there is tacit understanding between BCCI and PCB.For BCCI it is the Money and for PCB it is Money gaining some respectability in International cricket after their players involved in Betting scandals.
I feel except for 3-4 players others don't co-operate with Dhoni. Look at the way they bowled or fielded. They sacrificed the match that could have been won. Sewag doesnt want to move his legs whether he is in batting or fielding. Gambir is confused. If only they forget their animosity and put mind and body they can produce victories.
Dhoni is unbiased and doesn't do regional bias in selection of team. He has given plenty of opportunities to Irfans, Balaji, Ozha.... like no their captain or any other team member aspiring to be the captain
India might lose on ground in test 20-20 & one dayers, but our inefficient cricketers will continue to earn in crores due to crazy Indians, who worship these worthless players of a worthless and non competing game
