I have a lot of regard for Mr. Gavaskar's comments but would like to inform that Dhoni is still a great captain, team man and can adjust and does not get emotional, which are landmarks for a leader. Virat Kohli may be a great player but he cannot be a captain as he his arrogant like most north indian players . Moreover the debacle is because India played too many matches after the world cup and players were still cooling down after the win and were high and were not prepared for both England and Australian series which are tough series, where preparation plays an important role. We need to inject new blood or players who are warming the bench and remove players like Sewag and Gambir for sometime so that they become serious.
