We need South African work ethic - so get a coach from there.

We need Australian talent - so get coaches for Under-19s from there.

We need Pakistani bowling talent - so get coaches for Under-17s from there to groom kids.

We need variety of pitches, bouncy, spin friendly, pacy and swinging. Get an English coach for there, they are best at maintaining versatile pitch conditions.

Now that sachin is gone, Indian team can build around young players from here, with dhoni at helm. By plan it looks good for here. So, obviously for sachin camp ousting dhoni from captaincy seems mission number one. The manner in which kohli is playing in every format, he could blitz though every record of Sachin.Obviosuly stopping him is sachin camp mission no.2. Making him captain, will definitely give him lot many things to think about and obviously would affect his batting and may be slow him down. So, to kill both birds with one hand, what better than making kolhi the captain.before sachin retired from odi, gavaskar was saying dhoni should continue not he is saying kohli should become captain. People must be fools to take this old dementiated patient seriously

Gavaskar gone crazy I think, captioning India is not easy task..and Dhoni is handling pretty well without affecting much to his performance. young Virat is not up to it and he should have some maturity, you can see he is furious always on field. it is the best time for him and he should only focus on bating that is the best for him,

Kohli is nothing infront of Sachin. No one has better talent than Sachin. A New Sachin is yet to come!!

I value his(Robin Singh) contribution more to the future of Indian cricket as compared to Gavaskar.

Gavaskar is only providing lip service and getting heavily paid for it.

I disagree. Indians are more disciplined only under a foreign coach (exception being Greg Chappel of course).

The regional bias right from domestic games to selection commitee to cricketing administration in India wouldn't let an Indian coach to maintain the same level of professionalism as compared to a foreign coach.

Simply put its not easy to be an Indian captain.
