Selectors ( read Board ) have rightly asked Dhoni for the blueprint for 2015wc. gavaskar is miffed with selectors for Tendya's sudden exit. Dhoni may be given the time , support he needs but must be held accountable. Intra team rivalary is not a new thing , it happened in the past also.wadekar- prasanna , wadekar - bedi , gavaskar-bedi ,gavaskar - kapil,venkat-kirmani etc etc. Sehwag/gambhir- dhoni is not new. Board & slectors have to see that Cricket is not victamised due to these .

I agree. The day we accept our diversity in unity we will be a better nation.
As for Indian captaincy I think its Ganguly's princely attitude that made a huge difference in changing the colour of Indian team. Before him it was Pataudi, another successful captain for India.
Not sure whether Dhoni carries the same flair. But have got to give him the credit for getting us the world cups. So can't complain much.
dada was by far the best Captain India had had.Aggressive , above regional bias & promoted merit only. At present there is no alternative to Dhoni. Sehwag & gambhir are not sure of their places. Kohli is too young

used to spread this kind of stink in his playing days also. Had the temerity to drop Kapil after accusing him of playing loose shot. Board chairman had to intervene to set things right.

this guy gavaskar he is a test player tell him to talk about test team,for one day and t20 he should be shutup.Before kohli gambhir should be given chance as a captain bcoz of gangauly this guy was in and out then bcoz of tendua he was playing on no. 3 position nobody is thinking about that guy

You're obviously talking about Gambhir of three years ago. Look at Gambhir over the last two years, nothing but failure and arrogance. This is what IPL money do to the players. Gambhir is Multi Millionaire in US$ already

Well. As a fan Dhoni dissapoints me both as a cricketer and especially as a Captain.
India has failed to even compete in the last three T20 WCups under Dhoni. Dhoni famously said, after getting chucked out in the first round. Well. Now, we can go home and get some rest.
Yes. This guy started out as a good leader. Now, he is a politician and just holds onto the chair and wont let go.
why wld anyone in the right mind take this guy into a test team?

Don't understand why this guy is backing Kohli. Let him get some training from senior players, become mature and may be he can lead (I doubt). How long it took to Gavaskar to become Captain? 10 years? So why you forcing him? Let Gambhir or Shewag lead for couple series and we will look in to Kohli..!!
Hey Guys,The solution is so easy that captaincy should be handed over to Gautham Gambhir.That's it,how efficiently he has handled that position with Kolkata Knight Riders.He is the ultimate solution.
