It is time to surgically remove this cancer named Fletcher.......
by asliSwadeshi on Dec 15, 2012 07:50 AM  | Hide replies

There is a new type of cancer named Fletcher.
It affects the most important and senior players of a team and renders them useless.

The symptoms of this are :

Continual loses in International Cricket in the most humiliating manner.
Infighting amongst the team's most important players. etc...

This disease is contagious and earlier it was with England for 8 years and then in 2011 it was passed on to India.

The only cure is to SACK the USELESS FELLOW named DUNCAN 'good for nothin' FLETCHER.

Try and watch this man play as much as possible, coz you won't find anyone coming close to his records in your lifetime again..

Sachin has already expressed his "desire" not to quit. With such continuous failures, EVEN his biggest fantards (like Sunil Gavaskar) will not cry for his inclusion in public. Why dont the selectors see this as an opportunity to sack him?

People are mixing up retirement & dropping a player. Now if people say he "cannot" be dropped, then it is a flaw in the system and cannot be rectified even if 100 Sachins play & retire.

How old is your PM? Why not ask is it time to DROP HIM?
by Jagdish Reddy on Dec 15, 2012 06:47 AM  | Hide replies

Why are you mor0ns electing the congress govt all the time.
You are living in a banana republic. remember.
BCCI and cricket are nothing compared to the kind of leaders you have and the type of systems you have.
You have more poor people in India than the entire continent of Africa.
Forget cricket.
Do something for your country.
I feel sorry for all these guys who are posting here if Sachin should be dropped or not.
The articles should be, your PM did this, your cabinet did this, your leaders did this, IS IT TIME TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT?
Shame on all these mor0ns posting about Sachin here.

Coz the passion that these guys are showing on some obsolete form of game is unbelievable.
Where about 1/6th of humanity is living, most of them uneducated, living below poverty line, malnourished, with hundreds of poor farmers committing suicides, corruption, inefficiencies of judicial systems all around them.
All these mor0ns are so passionate about a player should continue or not.
Why not show same the passion on other issues.

True. But passion as u can see defies reason and sense. We are more worried abt sachins retirement than of issues of national importance.

sachin's failure

Sachin Tendulkar should himself declare retirement, instead of being dropped from the team by the selectors. I mean it does not look nice to have not being selected after so many great records to ur name. What is he waiting for to declare his retirement?

Sachin is the pride of Indian cricket. Having a long memory, I will put him along with few others including Gavaskar, Vishwanath and Kapil Dev. But his playing days are over - period. What is he trying to prove? Can someone knock some sense into him? When I read comments of past players, I feel they are just trying to pull his leg! Players like Manoj Tiwary are getting past "sell by" date. What a pity! The hen that lays the golden egg is being killed slowly!

"When I read comments of past players, I feel they are just trying to pull his leg!"
This is also what I felt based on some recently retired cricketers' comments on him.
But,Sachin will remain a kid for ever and will never understand.

even in his hey days , he scored a lot of runs , when the top 3 had given him a solid foundation and the bolwers were tired, or when india had nothing to lose..when the stakes where higher, odds even, bowlers bowling building pressure. he almost alwys fails.. i think we wudve realized the value of dravid here.. even if he didnt score runs, dravid wud occupy the crease for sometime , wear down the bolwers , take the shine way from the new ball, for the likes of srT to come and score freely..

Mahapatra before you suggest any one else to do R&D, 1st get your facts right. Don't give evidence of couple of innings for a man who has played more matches than a full team.
