Kick Gambir for his selfish attitude and we should go for perfect 11 purely based on performance. The yard stick remove a batsmen should be continuous 4 innings failure less than 50 for a top order Batsman. We are not thinking like professionals, selectors hang with these players as they dont have guts to experiment youth. If we try we will defenetly comeacross another Tendelkur or Dravid or VVS soon.
Indian selectors should take Bold decision of kicking Tendulker and Shewag out immediatly.
