Players like Yuvi and Kohli have to really question themselves how a bowler AShwin has a better run aggregate after 3 Tests than they have. Also, he has faced more balls in the series than even Sachin , YUvi or Kohli.
Most of our batsmen have lost the skill to stay 3-4 hours at the crease. Look at how Kohli got out flashing at a wide delivery after staying on for over an hour.
Its just the repeat of 1983 world, that team won the world cup followed by humiliating series. Same thing happened to this team. Since their world cup the team is consistently doing nothing. Now the selectors should declare a team from other Players. Now look at the performance of Zahir who is our strike bowler going wicketless. Whereas Anderson is putting pressure on our batsmen, which helping Panesar
What does it takes to transform an Indian team? Gary was credited with building a team. Fletcher had a good stint with English team coaching but perhaps BCCI has to think about a different coach.
What is the point in SRT continuing? One swallow does not make a summer. His scoring in one innings does not alter the fact that he is no more the player that deserved a place. He is just taking up the place of a promising younger player like Pujara. Becoming a real shame now and a fiasco for Indian cricket. The emperor is naked now despite what his chamchas what us to believe!

as long as sunny ravi etc are there they will only defend SRT. they get paid to write or speak about SRt.

shameless sunny defends srt and says VK did not do well. VK is only starting his career and 24 compared to 39 yr old.
No need to defend Sachin based on his past performance..........the board cannot take up his retirement and Sachin seems to have his personal agenda..........the Team Suffers........like Sachin i am sure there are other Senior Players who pull of a 50 in one match and then are sitters for the next 10 innings!!........now this is not performance............and the Board has a role to produce a 'performing machine'.............

why many do not understand ? Is it easy for say Sachin or Dhoni to take a decision on continuing or not -for that matter even BCCI can not take a decision - how many hundreds of crores are invested on the m as brand ambassadors - it is no more in their hands .It virtually has to be a huge group discussion.It is not on any individuals hand the stage is past that.

OK. money making machine for the selected Eleven.
Indian Team likes the fan fare of IPL, the color, the media gaze, short work time, loads of money, late night parties, cheer girls...............now Test does not offer all this. Further as little boys we were always conditioned to fear the word 'test'................As a country may be we should pull out of the Test Format and play only the 'Circus' of IPL T20 which is a bowler battering game !!........
