India has a weakest link as far as bowling is concerned. Instead of making money, BCCI should work on identifying pace and spin bowlers from youngsters. Immediately, Sachin and Zaheer should go, paving way for someone who deserves to be in the team.

Cricket Boards are corrupt with regional and casteist bias. To produce bowlers, India has to look at children from rural areas who have athletic abilities. Look at the West Indian and Aussie bowlers. India has the talent pool. They have to be nurtured.
How can India rely on Ashwin to take wickets. He is almost like Ravi Shastri who could barely run 100 meters in 20 seconds.
We need athletes who can run at 11-13 seconds of 100 meters and also have stamina like Kapil Dev.

Poor guy. He is already defying age. Instead he can be given money to go out and train younger players.
morrow morning session, if England play without losing any wickets (which is very much possible against the world's most hapless attack), then it would be quite interesting to see the world's most overrated batting lineup to crumble like nine pins..... Any guesses how much the master blaster will score in the 2nd innings and that too under pressure. My bet is he will get out in single digit....
Also crazy fans can be ready for the next set of excuses from Captain COOOOOOOOOOOOOOL....
It was a similar match more than 10 yrs ago against Australia that India were following on. Only a batsman like Laxman can turn around a losing match and win it for India. Laxman had the skill to bat all day long and score runs quickly. We miss the saviour of India's 2nd innings.

Laxman is anyday better than the present Pujaras and Kohlis. His batting is so fluent and attractive, he can demoralise any opposition

laxman performed only one match, even tendu also performed one match against aus and viru against pakistan. they are not consistent as a winner

whenever tendu scored a hundred we lost the match.. it is a fact!! once he scored a hundred in ipl for mumbai and that match also lost..he s selfsh
its just the pitch that makes a team look good or bad...for last 2 days the pitch was good for batting...so england looked good...but now on day 4 and 5 the pitch will start turning and it will look like indian batsman can't play and english spinners are brilliant

VVS was India's best batsman ever. He should have been in the team till retirement. Only to watch him bat is such a pleasure.
