The Indian cricket players are the richest people in the world. The money had come from people who purchased the tickets for years to see them in action. But they have gone so rich and gained such a celebrity statuts, thanks to brahman media , that they hav elot that fire to compete in the field. There is nothing left in them. The BCCI had developed a very great system of selecting majority of team with brahmans and few sample peices of others who get shifted now and then. Also the recent posture of players made themselves not available to the President's award function would show how much they are fatttened with money and false glory. Also the recent revelations of that just released bank man of Swiss bank said Indian film stars, and cricket players are among those who stashed black money beside others in swistzerland. Well, that is subject to investigation. But the name of the section is revealed. And who they are, they only will know for now. Ciricket is not a game. It has become money miniting machine where all are wlecome with win win game. That is why the Indian media is so agog with this game. In the news papers we hardly see any game in the news papers which speaks of human power and talent except shooting, golf and cricket !!! Look at those hocket players. Look at that young lad who lives in a shed among two or three hockey sticks and a worn out pair of shoes. He is the hero, the actual one, if you believe it or not .Gone are Sachins, Kapils. We have Bhajjis and Dhonis

Most guys who post their comments here must be working 5 days or 6 days a week. (Weekly holidays come to 52 or 104 accordingly). Then they have casual leave of 10 to 15 days, earned or privilege leave of 30 days and sick leave ranging from 7 to 15 days. Then there are government holidays for festivals etc. running to 15. Thus these guys, who mostly work from airconditioned (or atleast ceiling fanned) comfort of their office, that too handle computers or files or papers etc. for only around 200 days in a year, are commenting vociferously about cricketers who toil on the field.

The players risk injury (or atleast bruises) to their bodies while batting or fielding. They have to make even more effort for bowling. They stay under the scorching sun for 6 hours a day for 5 days in test matches and for 7 or more hours in ODIs and for over 3 hours in T20 matches.

It will be interesting to work out how many kilometers a fielder runs in a test match while fielding.

It is only a person who has played the game who can understand and appreciate the toll that the game takes from the body.

Haughty and presumptive discussions abound here, there is lot less sense and sensibility.

Lack of perspective again, kareemji.

In the same England conditions Dhoni scored two half centuries in tests and three in ODIs. Viral Kohli scored a hundred. Dravid did well in tests and the last ODI but was unlucky to be a victim in a few UDRS gaffes. Zaheer, Gambhir, Sehwag, Ishant, Tendulkar, Rohit Sharma injured. Rain possibly took away a couple of matches from India in ODIs.

Cricket is a game. Sports is not equal to logic or science or maths. Give due weightage to all factors, let the commercial success and money earned by players not cloud our eyes!

There are also others who are toiling more than cricket players and get nothing! The recent religious posture of Bhajji on some advertisement which no one was bothered to see shows how much committed are cricket players in this country. Also some one had told recently in TV that among those who stacshed black money in Swiss banks are Cricket players and film stars. Now what is this ? Indian cricket players are pampered to the hilt and they have no fire left in them. This entire team should be thrown out in the dust bin and also those media guys who poraise them to the sky without knowing a bit og the game, not just in cricket , in any other game. The biase in the selction of players in Indian Cricket team is very visible and no one has guts to say anything. Why so many brahmans ? From where they are coming? How this system is so cleanly managed ? People are already raising questions and they will become very serious in future. The brahman media is also very selective on using glorifying words. This will not any one anywhere. Entire thing will end up in falseness and empty shell. This country has seen owrst treatment to players who belong other castes than brahmans. Remembr that marathi scheduled caste player who made India the most powerplayer with just his prowess.Try to remembr him how he was treated by the Indian cricketers. Go back to the pre independence and just after independence days. One would know that horrible story.

Why to blame the men who played in England. It is the bubble of cricket that burst. The players whop grew so rich and pompous, would not get that fiery spirit in the fild of a competetion. After gloating under the lime lights of cameras and unending eulogies of media and the celebreties, no man would have any fire left in him.Indian cricket platyers are the rishest players in the world and they think themselves as some sorts of gods that have come down to this earth. The behaviour of Bajji and others who skipped the Indian Government function of awards recently is an example. It was ridiculous to see them giving fooloish statements in defence of that absence. They forgot that this is the country that had fed them by purchasing tickets to see the macthes and the government represents those people.Well, speaking of cricket, now people all over India are thinking on the system that selectors of India team had designed to select majority of brahmans in the team!!! How come this system is so well developed that no one is able to pin point any flaw !!! This country which has abundant talent and physical prowess could show itself only brahmans of BCCI !!!Indian Media which is a 100 percent brahnman domimanated domain would not tolerate any intervention of that supremacy which is artificial. God save this country.

Yes, we lost. But see the team without Sachin, Zaheer, Yuvraj, Sehwag, Gambhir, Harbhajan, Nehra and couple of others. Inspite of these deficiencies, we made them to run for their money and of-course rain did play a spoil-sport. Dhoni should be given thumbs up for his bravery and without showing any dissent in and out of the field. Had some other persons been in his position he would have cried, but Dhoni the great, would never do that.
