Indian Team = Paper Tiger

Indians can't play swing or on green grass. Indian team is tiger on prowl only on sub continent pitches. The young cricketers should play more of county cricket than IPL to hone their skills.

Let us see whether Sachin plays Champion's league or not.
Any way apart from World cup he has hardly played any one day match in last two year AND HARDLY MISSED ANY MUMBAI INDIAN MATCH

Why moderator is deleting remarks against Sachin? Are they being paid by God of Cricket?

Now see , when champion trophy will start , all the injured players will become fit and will play the entire tournament. B'cos , it gives huge money. Nobody bother for our nation's pride. It will keep on happening and we fools keep on watching them.

We saw the ugly side of cricket: Dhoni

In the ultimate analysis, a few silly mistakes cost us the match which we would have, otherwise, won. The overthrow by Jadeja for four, the no-ball by R P Singh, and one poor over by Munaf when England was trailing us under D/L just before the rain interruption. We were also giving away too many easy singles, and Dhoni was not taking any steps to plug them. Cricket is not just talent, but guts, brain and more than anything else, the killer instinct to win under extreme circumstances. This is one area where we lack. Perhaps the BCCI should hire some sports psychologist to accompany the team.

Hats off to Dhoni...
by Anurag Rathore on Sep 12, 2011 05:52 PM  | Hide replies

This man can never be demoralized. He was out of form from long time. He played some good knocks in test series under extreme pressure. Now when we have lost test series and trailing in ODI series. He still looks positive. His last two knocks in ODI series shows his mental strength. Both innings came under extreme pressure. Youngsters can learn from his fitness and running between the wicket.

Well done Dhoni. Keep it up.

I don't think any team has better players than Raina and Dhoni in middle order. They have done it so many times in ODI. Missing Yuvraj in middle order.

yeah. This was his real acid test. So many injuries and team going off balance constantly. If his whole cool exterior was fake, it would have fallen off by now. I was expecting some cracks, but quite surprised. All the more better. Being able to deal with victory and defeat the same way is what he has exhibited. Impressive.

He is a strong charecter. He neither jumps on success nor demoralize on failure. Simply best in current indian side.

Mr. Dhoni...U hardly played long for India...and luckily become captain of our great Indian team....u did lot of miracles and showed your wise decisions and good plans in many ways time to time...and you made lacks of fans of urs ...but time never remain same...it was going to be happenend and it happens with every one...not only in the field of sports but in every field of life...i would not say ...the bad time is going on ....i would say england team deserve for it...they showed better game in all the areas...but you and ur brigade could not show anything exceptional...so instead of blaming on weather or make foolish statements....try to concentrate on ur game plan and think how u ppl can defeat them...even once or twice...even now there is a change...BEST OF LUCK ur loving Anand Oberoi

Oberoi, they are trying hard. But the team is depleted by injuries. The same can happen with all teams when injury hits the way it hit us. Of coz BCCI could plan and prevent it from happening. But that is going to take a miracle. You talk like a typical fan who idolize cricketers when they win and abuse them when they don't. Dhoni and every single cricketer in the team has earned their right to speak their mind like you yourself. So wise up.

yeah. Lots of factors contributed. These are people not robots. Getting used to something is needed. SO is rest. BCCI and its scheduling is the only thing i blame. And that has been going on for sometime now.

A team that is good at home is not superior. The same superior team becomes inferori when they tour. But expecting dumazzur to understand that is a bit too much. That i admit. hehe.
