Drop Dravid and bring in Manoj Tiwari. Old Dravid is no good for ODIs. But his amd Kohli's pathetically slow batting India would have gone well above 300 and would have one the match.Kohli at least fields. He is young and going by his past records we can expect him to do well. We should also drop Munaf and bring in Varun. May be Badrinath should replace Kohli too.

Ashis, remember Dravid was not picked and not keen to play ODIs. The BCCI chose to select him because the team was in all kinds of shit in the Tests. Besides, he has announced his retirement too. And you are blaming Kohli who has had a sparkling career till this series. Before you write, think.

Ugly side of Cricket: Dhoni is right
by A Singh on Sep 12, 2011 06:37 PM  | Hide replies

Beautiful side of Cricket is the IPL.
With matches starting late in the evening, players can afford to get up late, and they have to get up late, because they had had a tiresome night, which included a party, and a screw, or may be two parties and two screws. Have a sumptuous lunch cum breakfast, and be ready to play after a little nap. In the field, there is no need to slug it out for days, like Dravid had to, in the Test Matches. Just a half an hour stint with the bat is enough. If you are a bowler, it is much better. Just roll your arm for 4 overs, and the arm is going to be over-compensated.
That is the beautiful side of Cricket our players have seen. We knew Test matches were ugly, but now even ODIs are turning out to be ugly.
Even 20 overs a side is a waste of time. Can we not reduce it to 5 overs, with every bowler having to bowl just one over? Of course, parties and screws should be unaffected by this abridgement.

Yeah. Right O. In the quest to make everything fast - fast money, fast career, fast this, fast that - cricket is also becoming 'faster'. Quality not under consideration at all.

My dear, whatever, whoever has more money or brings more money are the best, the most successful in this so called kaliyuga. More money = more success (damn the method of earning)

Worst Indian Dooooonkey Performance
by Nasser Hussain on Sep 12, 2011 06:35 PM

I hoped a lot from recent world cup winners. Their fielding, batting and bowling was like Do00000000000nkey performances.

If indians don't win the series in India, that would be a do000000nkey farewell to Dhoni and his team.

I wish, i was away from Britain during the worst do000000nkey performance series which i would like to forget ASAP. Not a single effort to fight back with hunger for prestige.

Am proud of my native country UK performance essential to win next world cup at any cost and expects the same performance in upcoming domestic indian tour.
