Sachin so desperate for that 100th century,and what more it will be handed to him by the weak windies team.What a shame and the media and vada pavs will go crazy all over ..should shut the Tv's off.

you are right the sachin make the 100 ton against west indies where they are below par the indians support them as it is not great acheivement
1) Sehwag 2) Gambhir 3) Dravid 4) Sachin 5) VVS 6) V.Kohli 7) Dhoni 8) Ashwin 9) Ishant 10) Varun Aron 11) Rahul Sharma India will play 2 pacers, 2 spinners and yuvi as the fifth bowler.West Indies know to play pacers and not spinners, know currently V.Aaron bowling better then umesh yadav and V.Kohli batting superbly in the one day series

vasu your team does not show yuvi's name but you write about yuvi being the fifth bowler. check before writing.
here in india.sachin & shewag and others shall make tons of runs and centuries to show us they are best.but fact remains that they failed in all crucial tests abroad ruined India.
by selecting young team for test as well shows that our board is getting ready for future. good step n will be useful ofr future of Indian cricket for sure.
Since West Indies is a weak team, India should have given exposure to their bench. The following would have been my team S Dhawan A Mukund Rahane Kohli R Jadeja Laxman (c) Parthiv Harbhajan Ojha Aaron Vinay Kumar
Essentially Laxman leading the team and Bhajji leading the bowling squad. Bhajji is by far the best spinner in world cricket right now. And people talk about Ashwin and Rahul Sharma. How many people have seen them play in anything other than IPL? Was Ashwin picked in the rest of india squad for Irani Trophy? He first needs to prove in state level cricket before getting a test berth. If we apply the same logic of selecting Ashwin, the following should be the squad:

yes and also Sunil Joshi.But I understand why you did not include in the 2nd list players like Dinesh Karthik,Murali Vijay,Balaji,Badrinath,Murali karthik? Rightly you omited them coz their disqualification is that they are from TN.

Better to check records buddy. This eviction will be a learning for Harbhajan bcoz even great players need shock treatment sometime in their career.
Good Selection only like Parveen Kumar , MS Dhoni could have been rested also ! It would have been good to try to Saha or Prathiv as support keeper and as West Indies r not that strong a side , Gautam Gambhir could have handled the captaincy angle.
