Very disappointing batting display just before the cup. I am hoping that the inducing of 3 good batsmen - Sachin, Sehwag and Gambhir improves the individual displays too. Against pumped up pace attack our batters collapse too easily. Let us hope that there will be some thoughts in that direction by the management. England, Aus, SA and Pak all have quality pace attacks so I am keeping my fingers crossed. Raina should be replaced by Yusuf and he should come at no 5. The first 5 batsmen - Sachin, Sehwag, Gambhir, Kohli and Yusuf are our hope. The next 2 Yuvi and Dhoni can only support. As such I will be glad if they can make upto the semifinals - not expecting anything better than that.
the attitude,form,respect for each other,playing like a TEAM rather than INDIVIDUAL,self belief and never give up attitude was the HALL MARK of WINNERS OF 1983 WORLD CUP! does this team has it?

The finals win may be a win as per your view!! But not the road to finals man!
Indian team members are more interested in endorsement. During world cup they increased their endorsement charges. Dhoni has alraady started endorsement. During new zealand series senior team members withdrew their names due to rest. But they only did endorsement during rest period. Now fans should understand their money minded behaviour. They play with the emotions of fans. BCCI should imposed some restrictions on such things.

it was due to poor captaincy of Azhar the idiot who scored 10 runs in 18 balls....shameful guy who was rewarded as longest Captaincy by BCCI mafia because they liked the match fixer
It would be great if India lifts the cup, but whatever the final result i just hope the scenes of the 96 semifinal which was called of due to crowd interference and SL awarded winners should not be repeated again.
We sure will be disappointed if India loses but shuld respect the sport and let the event go on.
because it plays like united team..indviduals century is not important for them but most important is teams victory.... The best team performance after 1983, was in 2003 as India played like ateam under a very good & strong captain i.e Sourav ganguly
My request to all indians fan is to support the team victory than an individuals performance as century..........if say X scores 40 runs at high strike rate that results into victory is far better than a century done slowly resulting in loss...
