ut listening to the very ordinary Star Cricket bores and wondering what pearls the sparkling Channel Nine set must be dropping at that very moment, fills me with anger each morning.

This morning, when Wasim Akram said something in Punjabi to the effect of “different cattle of fish” I was convinced that if there was a New Year wish I could make four days in advance, it was that Dada, Shaz and Waz would be deported from Down Under on grounds of syntax.

Between them, Ravi Shastri, Sourav Ganguly and Wasim Akram, ably aided by Tom Moody and some new kid in the studio, pile on more waste than AnyTownIndia at that vital hour of the morning.

Lucky ground?

Yes, SCG is the flattest track in Aus. So we are not surprised it is your favourite. Even Shastri, Siddhu and the likes have made double centuries here if I am not mistaken. Score on tracks like MCG to prove you are a great and don't shamelessly say SCG is your favourite. By the way, the last 2 years, SCG curator is new and leaves grass on the wicket, so you will end up eating grass. Shameful display in MCG by you so-called legends of cricket. Please retire soon and relieve us of watching your boring batting.

What was originally dubbed as the Agneepath series could well turn out to be the "Apni toh Phat Gayi" series.

Grow up dear ! The MCG presented a highly exciting test, Even the best of cricket pundits were at fault in predicting the outcome.. I still rate it as "Agneepath" as it is testing the best of cricket.
