Now, at least after the massacre, Shrikaanth, Shivlal yadav etc. should be kicked out from selection & Management of BCCI. Both of them have strangled the better cricket players from our country. See the class of bowlers- they could not take 10 wickets of England & see the class of Batsmen, who could neither force a draw nor put England to bat again after score of 262/3 turning to 262/5. Remaining 5, including the great DHoni could muster only 21 runs?
That bald umpire from Aus. Dhoni had proclaimed during the Windies tour, “if the umpire had given out, by now we were in the hotel”
Such were his curses to Mr. Dhoni & his men that he took an early retirement from umpiring job & started cursing the Indian team. The effect was so ugly that the Indian team were beaten ‘Black & Blue’

Indian players should learn some lessons from the English players because they are not bothered about the money when it comes to nation.Dhoni should come out of the dream of winning world cup as it is over now. He could not escape by saying that one series defeat does not matter,he should no that series consisted of four match and baller and batsman got an eight times opportunity to prove but they failed each time resulting big defeats. But they along with their captain are not bothered about defeat because BCCI will keep on giving them chances.
No retrospection is necessary as the writing was clearly on "THE WALL" after the first test. well it was a collective failure and it is a shame that we never stood up (except Dravid) to the pace and swing of English bowlers. Dravid was very tentative during the SA series against Morkel and Steyn but somehow he got out of his shell..Before Aus tour, we must, in some way regroup. Take bold decisions to drop non performers and inject willing players who can perform...Do not go by lucky charm..People think VVS has a liking for Aus and he will score all the time when playing against them...it is not so..given the current form, only dravid and to some extent praveen kumar are fit to make it to the Aus tour..the team should get a spiritual counselling, stop being complacent and should believe they can outperform any other team...after all, they also have only two arms and two legs..they also have the same 22 yards, three plus three stumps and the same red cherry. Make sportive pitches back home..ensure all the players, Grade A or B or C should play all the domestic tournaments...try to increase the pace of our bowlers..give a muddy pitch in India, no one wil try to bowl over 130..its a rarity for our bowlers to reach 140kmp which the aussies have made a habit...pull up, stand up and be counted...i dont know if my post can be read by the team, atleast if it reaches to them, through some means, i hope we can see a change...Thanks...

are typical examples of so called stars who play Club football make name n fame and turn up as DUD for their own country! Beckham played every world cup only to come cropper! It is a similar situation for some Indian players in IPL,they can make a living out of this but may not make name at the international level!
