Yes people like you have no knowledge start writing craps here. he infact went in to the shell that is why got out like he does most of the time. if he kept scoring runs he would have played more longer.

CRICKET is such funny game it goes with flow. any test series especially when you are handicap without your full strength team you have to get good start in first test. we had momentums but we did not encash them. in first test 2nd inning we got them back to 250-5 but again Ishant was tired and there was no other bowler to give them trouble. again 2nd test we got them 124-8 but could not bowl them out under 150 because we did not have zaheer who is lethal for tail handers. again in same inning when we were 255-4 i thought we will take around 150-200 runs lead but got out under 300 again so if we had those momentums not slipped from our hands these entire series had different results. not taking chance to Munaf was a biggest mistake since his way of bowling stump to stump with little swing is very dangerous in English conditions he has normal speed of 135-140km which is more then enough.

You shame India and Tam-Brahms. Defeat is part of the game. Accept it.

Power should remain in India. I have had enough of non Indian rule in Indian politics and sport.

India will bounce back... Strong and hard.

20-20 is not cricket but a good tamasha of cricket. you can make out knowledge of our spectators when they say watching 20-20 yaar how many players we have but not given chances but same player like raina when given chance can't see the ball in test cricket.

BCCI MUST MAKE REVAMP
by phaneeswar on Aug 23, 2011 09:27 AM

I think time has come for BCCI to undergo another round of revamp of Indian cricket like what they did in 2000-2001 during GANGULY-WRIGHT regime. Though many may disagree but this is the harsh fact that youngsters like Raina failed miserably in England and veterns showed some promise and 100% commitment. Are we able to spot right talent of bench strength???? The bowling crisis we faced during the tour shows how limited options we have despite having many talented cricketers. I think BCCI-SELECTORS-NCA-COACH-CAPTAIN must work closely and they must not have differences among them so that we can acheive success, I think some ex player like Ganguly or Kumble must be given a role in developing Indian cricket as Ganguly have spotted right talent in team in form of LAXMAN, SEHWAG, YUVRAJ, KAIF, ZAK, Bhajji etc. What do you all say???

Dhoni - not a good captain for test matches
by babran on Aug 23, 2011 09:15 AM  | Hide replies

He may be a good captain in one day and T20.But not good in tests.Raina,Laxman,Sachin,Gambhir and sewag lets the team down with our bowlers.Mishra can replace raina in test matches. We need a additional spin bowler with three good fast bowlers.Sachin,Laxman,Dhoni and Raina should be axed from test squad with new players.Don't carry the players based on their old performances.Dravid can lead the Indian test team.Dhoni is not at his wicket keeping.

If with Sachin 4-0 then why not without him at least you have some execuse to defeat and we can groom a young player. Sachin is selfishly sticking to that place for 22 years.

i find only 3 players not for replacement of these 3 but can be inculded in team. Rohit Sharma,Pujara,Rahane. these 3 batsman are future of India trust me.Wasim zaffer should be included as Reserve opener he is a class opener technically he and karthik gave solid start in last English tour that is why India won that series when Dravid was captain.

Problem is that corruption is killing everything in India. when we small people follower cricket can see who is better for which format these ex cricketers like shree kant can't see. he wanted tamil players to be inculded despite Mumbai has won 5 Ranji Trophies in last 7 years that is also without sachin and zaheer not a single batsman or bowler from Mumbai was playing.
