The poor performace of the indian team is solely due to their attitude towards their inclination to the club than the country. Sachin for example picks and chooses the tours that he wants to play and skips tours like WI,ZIM and SL(atleast onedayers) and how can we expect him to perform in big tours like england. He should have played the WI tour and if too much cricket is the reason then BCCI should fix the maximum number of IPL matches a player can play to 7 or 8 matches.Sachin plays all the 14 league matches in ipl irrespective of their qualification for the knockout stage but when it comes to international matches he skips tours for which he is paid annaul retainership fee of 80L.Players should not be made to pick or choose the tours and unless this is curbed we can never expect to perform well in England/Australia/Southafrica.....
Re: Yknow what will help forget this series? SRT 100th record

We dont want to see SRT's century... We wanna see Indias victory only. For that, pls sack Sachin, Dhoni and Zaheer from the team... Let them play IPL only and make more and more money (greedy people rate money than country)... If Sachin is allowed to play in the next series in India, then surely he will crack a century and will cement his place in the team. He is failed in overseas conditions this time. So, remove him and bring back chetheswar pujara and groom him...
The jam packed schedule of indian cricketers is the root cause of this failure. The attitude if winning is not seen in body language of any indian player. It's not that they are bad players but the thing is they are playing too much cricket. BCCI to do something about it. May be a spare team should play when the main team is not playing....

r u an agent of BCCI to support Indian team's failure...u take rest from the game if the schedule is hectic instead of preventing oppurtunities for youngsters like Ashwin, Ojha etc.

Also having played the last few series at home Indians had forgotten what it is like to play in seaming conditions of England. This team is totally ill-prepared to play this series and the price for that is now being paid in full. There is still one more test to go and the series is heading towards a white wash!

The same sachin had withdrawn from the WI tour... Any player can take rest... But, Dhoni is blaming the jam packed schedule... Anybody compelled him to play in IPL???
Bresnan said that Indian players should take their hands out of their pockets and play good cricket for a good result...Also he said that if indian team not interested playing in these conditiions, better go back home. India! please do not play cricket without interest..I watched 2nd day's play which was a horrible scene...Indian players were sluggish in their fielding.
This is a joke. Can't imagine the number 1 side has got no batting and bowling strength. Every english player who has been out of form has performed against this Indian side in one inning or another of the three tests played so far. It is like the Indian team is giving the English side batting and bowling practice. What I say is even if you have to lose give a fight. All the Indian side has to show is records of past on paper. Shame on the Indian side
