Indians have done the right thing in recalling Ian Bell back; there are no two opinions on this matter.
Forget what Ravi Shastri and Sourav Ganguli may say in this matter that had it been they, they would not have called Ian Bell back.
What happened to VVS in WI is really a shame. To me it appeared that the whole method of getting VVS out in that manner was preplanned and did not happen naturally. The wicket keeper had waited deliberately for VVS after having gone inside the crease, choosing to come out assuming the ball was dead. The wicket keeper in consonance with Chanderpaul who incidentally was the Captain removed the bails and got VVS out. Chanderpaul should be ashamed. Or the entire WI team had noticed VVSs penchant to pull out of the crease after assuming the ball deaad more sooner than others and planned his dismissal that way.
Now dont compare Bajjis dismissal with Ian Bells and draw parallels; it is not comparable.
What Indians did was the right thing and I believe almost all nations would have done the same thing too. May be even WI too would have done the same, or atleast reviewed their decision had India protested. But it was not the end of the session but during a session.
YOu cant play the game in that way, surely!
Now, the Vaughans insensibility of suggesting Vaseline on VVSs bat.
History of Vaseline in cricket is the sole prerogative of England with John Lever.
It can equally be said that Vaseline was not on bat but on the Ball!
On the one hand u say u have to be aggressive and use foul language at the drop of a pin and then on the other u have this gentlemanly behaviour.Fact is the IPL has stolen the will out of these guys to play for the country!! Rest is B.S.

angrez are so clever that they even have Indian lLeech sucking world capital for them and following their laws. Example being Laxmi Mittal, Vedanta'a Aggarwal, etc. Vedanta is very agressive about india as well.

indian companies like Tata has been tamed as well when they made them invest quite a lot in AngrezLand and given lot of contracts. reliance gave BP a piece ... so all this is done by clever. Angrez-ghora also have hidden professional worldwide network which spread lot of false information against their competitors or those who expose them.

then, there is high level kickback to brokers of politicians and business people of level of nehru, jinnah, etc.
If Dhoni was really played in spirit of game, why did he appealed for run out at the first place? For me, it's just a drama by the Dhoni and few hypocrites to divert the attention from getting flak for losing the test match. BCCI and some ex cricketers as well as Dhoni knows how to fool the cricket fans of this country.

Mr.Manjunath, it was at the spur of the moment that Dhoni appealed for the runout. You think what all you have done in your life at the moment something has happened and later thought it was not correct. Every 1 has done somthing like tat in their livers. Dhoni is also human and he was right in appealing. There was nothing wrong. The decision of Bell to be out of the crease was correct and he was righly given our. It was the good thinking of Indian team to allow Bell to bat. England team sould learn something from this..to play the game in the right spirit and not crib and complaint about everything..

Rajesh: This is not moral science class. Good thinking of the Indian team is not a statement to be used in this case.

How important is Sachin .. We feel need of him playing major innings just three innings failure and u start blaming him ?
Please try to bat the opposition out rather than commenting what is good and wat is right..scoring three centuries isn't going to help the team anyway...it added to your records..you should have scored another 40 odd runs in the first inning then the story would have been different..so please bat...

What the others like Tendya, raina dn Dhoni were doing. They have gone there for a vacation it seems?

@Abhishek- I understand what Srinivasan Rajgopal is trying to say. He is just repeating all the words our noble public used to tell on Sachin. In any case, the whole team is answerable to a loss which includes Sachin, Dhoni, etc (those who did not perform well)..... But i dont know why people find more fault in sachin & dravid than the silly so called bowling attack we have. It is more of a "bowling practice" or "bowling defense" than an attack. Shame on the coach and selectors for playing harbhajan and dropping ojha/mishra/ashwin. even dhoni can bowl better than Harbhajan these days.

@Mr.Bean- i dont think there is dhobiji's role in this (though i am not a fan of his). Our selectors are known to do such nonsense from time immemorial. And what on earth is the coach doing? what is he coaching, or who is he coaching? BCCI, to earn money promoted IPL like never before..... See the result of that in our very own team. All our heroes are very fit during IPL, but when it comes to playing ODI/Test each one is playing dramas.....
RWITC made it official for win, place sure betting where 70 % of betting money goes to Centre and only 30 % goes to winners and us so this game of cricket is sick now due to match fixed in world wide as parkistani bookies. That is why South Africa never won world cup till date
