Please stop cribbing and enjoy the result of teh world cup. See the larger picture of it. Either we feel about our past or worry about the future. Stay in the present and enjoy this moment as you might not get one more.
NO doubt sachin is the best batsman in the world. but instead of playing cricket why sachin not involved himself in other social activities. if he do so then no doubtv sachin is the right candidate for bharat ratna awards.
sachin contribution to the nation and its welfare is nil.he played cricket and made cores of rupees.Instead of using this money for the welfare of poor people , he spends on him self , he will be eligible if he spends all his property (keeping with him bare minimum) for the nation .sacrifice all then he will become eligible for bharat ratna which is of no use to any one as it is given to people who politically connected . This is high time sachin to retire and allow youngsters to come up

How can u be so self centric.? Sachin deserves BHARAT RATNA not only for his Cricketing Achievements but being the Greatest Human Being of today's Indian Generation.. Ask randomly 10 mother with small children that who they like their child to be in future.? I bet atleast 50% of them will route for Sachin.. He is a Role Model, A God, A Genius etc.. And he is earning money by his hard work, not by any wrong way and he deserve it.. By the way, from last 10 years, he is nurturing 200 children with Food and their education. What else do you want for being awarded "BHARAT RATNA"?

So people doing welfare should get bharat ratna as per ur views. Wat welfare did the gr8 Lata mangeshkar, ms subbulakshmi, pandit bhimsen joshi do and why were they awarded bharat ratna. u cant just give it to people who do welfare and Bharat ratna is not for that. Please dont post incorrect comments.They all gave music to the ears and he gave joy to the eyes and mind by playing cricket as a gentleman.

What according to you, is criteria to get Bharat Ratna?
No One can either dump/promote unless they have talent to succeed. Who according to you is matching the form and replacement for sachin considering last one year record?
India itself is corrupt now. The Prime Minister who is selecting a person for Bharat Ratna has also lost his identity. So what Value does Bharat Ratna have outside India? Rajiv Gandhi gave Bharat Ratna to MGR only for wooing the Tamil people before election. BharatRatna and all the Padma Awards are Government awards given according to the whims of the ruling political party.

Agree. Likewise Rajiv Gandhi was given because he became famous in his death. Was he deserving? He was involved in Bofors, which we know will never get proved. The chapter of Bofors is closed.

That is why he is trying to spoil the career of Parthiv Patel, Dinesh Karthik and Sreeshanth. He hides his back pain otherwise he will lose lucrative commercial endorsements!
Sachin is the greatest batsman india has produced and one of the all time greatest in the wrold...let us undersdtand it that way... Bharat Ratna if u start giving then there will be so many sportsmen like Vishy anand and even kapil dev...so dont encourage this kind of things...

Thats rubbish. If u can give bharat ratna to politiciana like mgr, singers like lata mangeshkar, ms subbulakshmi, pdt bhimsen joshi, then why not give to a sportsperson. He is also equivalent in his contribution to sport as others were for music.
