well whats so great about him, played a game well. a game played in just about 13 countries in the world, stop making such a big noise about it. lots of more imp things for india then this stupid cup
Sachin, Gavaskar, Kapil, Ravi Shastri are anti-social. Without voluntarily retiring they've denied/deprived opportunities to young Muslims/Christians/Anglo-Indians/Sikhs/BC/SC/ST cricket players.
I strongly against the message of Bharat Ratna to any non-social people ....and even to any Non -Indian .
It is in recognition of Public Service of the highest order [I personally could not count for Art, Literature and Science] as they have been awarded in different manners ..
With the present situation of India - We need a cause to improve citizen's standard of life by destroy poverty, shut drought, protect from calamities, block corruption etc., which are the important for each and every citizen at this point - Whoever serve to achieve this or moving towards this should receive the award.
Ofcourse everybody is proud of Sachin for his achievements but since Cricket is exploited to greater extend - He is so famous
How about other personalities who are in their field [with no famous] doing good ...
Award should not be for whom who is famous but for who need it to do more good cause and who have done good for the people of India.
As Dhoni says I too agree as Sachin deserved Bharat ratna for me and please collect our ever thinking Indians opinion on is Sachin deserving of Bharat Ratna may be on Facebook? Do you like this idea?

There is no other better alternate ever! After giving Bharat Ratna to Sachin, it (Bharat Ratna Award) will be more respected and valuable for next generations...

Hello Tommy. You follow me everywhere like a loyal dog
1. taken the game of cricket to the new peak i.e motivated most of the young generation to play cricket and it is not good for India as a development country
2. Not contributed any thing to indians did everything for self. For Eg, Ratan Tata gave employment for thousands of Indians, contributed to India's economy growth
3. Promoted the adulterated drinks like Pepsi by which most people of India are suffering from deceases like Diabetes, cancer etc
4. not paid tax to the Government in the excuse of cricket
So definitely Sachin wont deserve Bharat Ratna.
Bharat Ratna has much much more value in our Country India
