This is a man who was least criticized during his career despite being punished heavily by players like Imran, Salm Malik, Greg Chappel, Kim Hughes, Viv Richards and the like who could play spin bowling. Thank God that he did not play against Siddhu or Azhar or Lara or Sachin. Even Ganguly could have thrown him out of the game. But he criticizes every one and not even the God of Cricket.

Why has rediff dedicated a separate article on Bedi's comments ? What is Mr Bedi's credibility and achievements to deserve this special gesture. I would have appreciated it if this space was reserved for greats like Kapil Dev, Gavasker , Amarnath etc. who had contributed substantially to Indian cricket. But loudmouth Bedi ? A definite no.
