Sunny, the message is very clear.......
by Bipin Acharya on Sep 30, 2010 11:41 AM

BCCI PRESIDENT HAS STATED THAT YOU ARE NOT REMOVED AND THAT YOU ARE YT TO BE CONTACTED UNDER THE CHANGED COMPLEXION.
BUT HE DOES NOT CARE TO CONTACT YOU AND GET YOUR CONSENT.
THE LAPSE OF TIME SHOWS HIS UNWILLINGNESS. PREPARE MENTALLY FOR YOUR NOT BEING INVITED.
TIME IS THE ESSENCE. MAINTAIN YOUR DIGNITY AND SELF-RESPECT. IF THE RULERS DO NOT TO AVAIL YOUR SERVICES, SO BE IT.

what a joke..he earns a lot for commentary..
by krishna v on Sep 30, 2010 11:21 AM  | Hide replies

all his initiatves have been failures - as captain, as nca director. always played for himself, his techinque and records..hardly contributed to indian wins. rivalary with kapil is well known.hard core regionalist. hardly seen him appreciate the talents and acheivements of people from north or south.where as if sachin did well..he would even bow down to him.manipulates media through his comentary and articles.minting money as commentator. if he really wants to serve indian cricket and doesnt need to be paid. then he should stop commentary which pays him millions.

u clearly have no idea about cricket. He's the guy that put india on the map. Problem is people like u dont appreciate our players... If they make records u term them as selfish. He is responsible for a lot of things that you have no clue about. He is a legend, something u can never be.

Regarding his money, well he can earn whatever he wants from whatever source he feels like. Regarding not taking a penny ... its from the BCCI that he is talking about. He gets paidby the channels such as ESPN. Now as far as appreciation goes, I think he has already termed Dravid as the Wall... yes it was his sentence that gave Dravid that distinction... and he has always stated that Kumble is the best bolwer in a 2nd innings of a test match.

Unfortunately Ur IQ lvl Mr.Krishna is as bad as ur looks.... So shut your Mouth now and quietly read the articles without posting stupid and childish messages... go eat rice from a leaf or something... things that ur more accustomed to doing.

BCCI should be banned for politicians!
by punit sharma on Sep 30, 2010 10:06 AM  | Hide replies

There are very few honest peoples like Gavaskar who have served the country without taking any penny but these ghost politicians have removed him from the top post for offering making the money.

Gavaskar , shastri greedy hogs of indian cricket
by Guest on Sep 30, 2010 09:59 AM  | Hide replies

Why kapil is not given these honorary, council positions? He was the captain under whom shastri, gavaskar played. What is gavaskar's and shastri education to be in such governing positions? Its the same as politicians commanding IAS and IPS officers.

Education is a gift that can make a person useful when his arms fail him...this is a message that everyone should take education seriously. Kapil / Yuvi etc had great difficulty being taken seriously - where as many smaller cricketers like Maninder SIngh , Kiran More and Saba Karim are holding some positions by education.

Keep politicians out of cricket...
by imran patel on Sep 30, 2010 08:53 AM

It is very important that we keep politicians out of cricket. Else we will have a Pakistan like fiasco.

No sitting MP/MLA/CM should be part of these bodies.

There is a conflict of interest.
