End of the day what is the purpose of playing the game.After scoring 300 runs if you are not reaching the target means that is waste.Thats what if somebodies 30 run contribution will help to win the match means it is far better than anybodies century.We are talking the fact my dear.You shut up and don't put only Tendulkar on top.

30 runs or 300 runs end of the day you have to win the match.After scoring 300 runs if you are not wining the game then what is the use of it??? so some one has to handle pressure and take the team to victory line that is efficient and talent.Some bodies are hanging in their place and not giving chance to youngsters not Dravid.You people are well known for bring regionalism.

Actually he got this two centuries against NZ after long gap and two flop series against Australia and Srilanka. Wht he has done in this test match..yes he scored 190 runs but wht pressure u r talking about Mr.Anand..NZ only score 190 runs and then Shewag and Gambhir started India's inings briliantly..all players got runs not only Dravid..Shewag,Gambhir, Sachin and Dhoni also scored fifty..so pls dont praise Dravid only..let him play good cricket In coming series against S.A...

India has the brightest stars. No other nation has any player remotely qualified to carry the boots of Indian luminaries like Sachin, Sehwag, VVS, Dravid, Dhoni or Bhajji. At least once BCCI showed some confidence in India and prepared a lively pitch, NZ's weakness in all sectors of the game became evident. India would have won 3-0 instead of 1-0 if the pitches in other venues showed slightest sign of life. Congratulations to Dravid. Too bad Sachin is not going to get an opportunity to hit his 50th in Nagpur as NZ is well on its way to innings defeat.

India has so far not one a test series in two nations: South Africa and Australia. Now that they are team # 1, let us see if they will win in SA in the coming tour.
Players like Dravid and Sachin are so boring that one doesn't care whether India wins or loses. It is players like Dravid particularly, that in the end Test Cricket will die in India. TV pictures reveal that this test is being played in front of empty stands. Instead of charging tickets, they should pay money to people to come and watch it in the ground. That will benefit the beggars and the homeless people a lot....

Which players do you think can last for 5 days ???? None. All these so called young brigade are only good for T20. Look at Raina and Yuvraj. They are total failures in tests.

@Abe Oye. Dravid is not boring, Sachin is. Dravid has a role and he fulfils it very very well. The role ofcourse is to keep one end secure. Sachin on the other hand has no role. His only role seems to be to fulfil his personal ambitions and distract the team from the task at hand.

He (Dravid) is one player who do not require 9 fielders. Place a fielder any where in the ground. He has tramendous potential to hit straight to him. You can assured that the ball will not go to the boundary.

he doesn't require fielders at all, B'coz he seldom hits the ball, like once every 2 overs, otherwise rest of the times he just lets the ball kill in disgust by ramming into his willow for nothing. if the ball was a live creature it would have refused to be thrown to dravid, raising concern of killing the game.
