Look, if u wanna insult Dhoni, then go ahead and quench your thirst. But it is not civilised to make fun of an elder who is of your father's age. Dhoni's father has got nothing to do with India's exit from da T20 world cup and this means dat he has got nothing to do with your misery!

The endorsing companies should build a clause in the contract. The sportsmen should have a minimum performance guarantee. If they fail no payment. The payment will pegged against performance. I know its not going to happen. Just a thought.

Nice thought. But if one company does that, another c.h.o.o.t.h.i.y.a company will use the chance and rope in this "charismatic" gem!

It happens already in the National Football league in the US, players make 6-7 million a year but its broken down into playing incentives and performance incentives, playing incentives are only 10% making the players base salary as low as 500,000 USD per year, rest is all based on number of catches made, tackles made, interceptions, touch downs, off field behavious etc etc..cricket should be the same way!

Lets ban all products that he uses,so that he'll understand what value you have to pay for playing with public sentiments.

Dhoni the luckiest captain so far
by C M on May 19, 2010 08:53 PM  | Hide replies

MSD is luckiest captain so far...i agree with Kirmani's this opinion totally..MSD still needs to learn many things..and hopefully he gets it before WC2011...About the money , endorsement i think anyone will go for it..IF someone is paying why not..?? So nothign against his earning ability or endorsement money..But yeah he is still avg captain, avg wkt keeper..He is good batsman though...And compnaies can not stop payment based on performance becoz contracts signed are vaid for some period of time and it has no connection to performance...Thats the gamble corporate world plays...they have to honour the contract legally...

He is actually a pretty good captain. But yeah he is going to go through all the phases a captain goes through. If he survives all that, good for him and India. If not somebody else will eventually replace him. As simple as that. Luck is needed by all captains regardless of who, including the likes of Steve waugh.

Did they ask you to watch cricket and hope for them? Next time...when cricket match is going on...turn off your TV and sit quiet.

Don't watch cricket, don't comment on cricketers. You are one of those weak souls who does not have the attitude to watch games...forget about playing them.

OH.. Where are they?? Now, we are saying youngsters are spoiled.. Previously we said oldies are not fit enough and replace them with youngsters!!! Then who will be dedicated??

Again, one ll say Rayudu, Tiwary, Pujara.. They are youngsters too and they too have the IPL money which is the reason as per many for spoiling the youngsters!!!!

The Captain, selectors and the players should set a common goal and try to execute it.. Its in their hands as they are the persons who take the decisions..

As fans, we can just hope that our team plays to potential.. If not, skip watching cricket and atleast save our time!!
