Who says that Surat does not have an airport. It has a civil airport. Air India is operating a daily flight to Delhi. Kingfisher had connected it to Mumbai, but it failed due to lack of response.
Its true that Gujarat has 11 airports but only Ahmedabad and Vadodara are actually active and Rajkot too has few flights.

Correction - Surat is 10th largest, not 9th in terms of population.

Why?? Because he comes from a poor country where 80% people earn less than Rs 20 per day but he has amassed over (Pepsi, Aviva policies, cream biscuit) 500 crore from selling junk products to Indians.
Also, he comes from a non sporting country which is BIG ZERO in world of sport. :-))
He also has a dubious distinction of not being part of WC winning team, although he has been playing for 20 years and 5 world cups.
Also, he evaded crores of taxes when he imported a Ferrari as a part of his commercial contract with a car company.
And according to you, he should be given Bharat Ratna for failing in big tournaments in critical cricket matches.

small correction mate only 27% of indians are now below poverty line.. get your facts right and Sachin got the Bharath Rathna for what he acheived and you are expecting him to do all wonders only because of what he acheived...
It is very easy sitting behind a desk and typing whatever non sense you feellike but acheiving so much over 20 years is beyond your imagination and efforts so try and appreciate the mans contribution instead of talking non sense...

thanks to selectors for not picking nehra and kohli in the test team otherwise with sehwag as captain india wud have played with 6 delhi players: sehwag gambhir kohli (in place of dravid) ishant mishra (he is from delhi but plays for haryana) nehra (in place of zaheer)
just before series people were commenting why sachin is playing against bgd. probably all those idiots got the reply now. Also they will realize the lose to indian team when he decides to retire.

Had Bangladshi fielder at slip not been sleeping and let an easy catch go down the boundary, Sachin would had been history when he was as 16.
Sachin's only motive was to make his century, which he made and let Ishant and Sreesanth go to hell by giving them most of the strike.
When Sachin plays, team fails. He came at 84/2 and made 105 out of 159 runs. All other batsmen failed playing with him and just supported to make his 44th century. So once again it has been proved - Nothing grows under a Banyan Tree. :-)

Your friend great dhobi last century in ODI also came against Bangladesh. That time why u all fanatic loosers were sleeping & not making any comment. Dhobi last century against SLK at Nagpur came with 6 dropped chances. India lost that match even after dhoni scored century. Even raina & yuvi last century resulted in India loss. Why you mental & regional fanatic fans were keeping ur mouth shut at that time. Dhobi has scored all his centuries on flat subcontinent pitches & that 90% of runs scored aginst team like Bangladesh, srilanka & depleted Pakistan. Not a single century on overseas pitches against teams like SA, AUS, Eng etc. same applies with his friends with average talent raina, kohli, yuvi, gambhir etc. While sachin has scored uniformly on all types of pitches & against all teams. In fact his maximum runs has been scored against Australia & has got century in each country. Next to follow him is laxman, dravid & sehwag who are the real match winners for India along with kumble in zaheer. That’s why India is consistent in test cricket. While in ODI/T20, we are continuously thrashed by good teams in last 2 yrs as politician dhobi is playing with his chamcha s in this format of game & except sachin, no senior there. What ever few wins in ODI in last yrs- that also courtesy sachin. So all sachin bashers & dhobi lovers, keep ur mouth shut & talk about some cricket & not politics. U idiot srikanth- see to some mental doctor imediately.

Add to it number of test winning inning he played for India along with great laxman, sehwag & dravid. Scored century in NZL so as India could win series. Made century against Eng in epic 4th inning chase of 387 runs. Who can forget about warne thrashing & india winning the series.Also clasic century agianst pakistan etc.

guys, the Aussies are infamous for Sledging....and their on field attitudes, but even Mc grath the big Bulley....always been very proper with Sir Sachin, because that is how Sir Sachin is....i never saw any Fast bowler ever misbehaving with him.....that is not the respect to Sir Sachin for wht he is, but for what he achieved in the game and his charector.. this is an appeal to all the baseless sachin haters, please wake up....and understand things.

Players like Pele, Maradona, Dhyanchand, Tiger woods, Byon borg, Bradman & sachin are born once in century. We are lucky one of them is an Indian.
