Sameer you must be a NeechJaath to be so upset over Sachin's caste.

What has Ravindra Jadeja ever done in the Indian team ? Irfan Pathan was a great player when he came into the scene. Now he walks like a girl on the modelling ramp and has transgenderised himself.

To all those here who were 'born' after 90s
by Salil on Jan 01, 2011 12:44 AM  | Hide replies

i remember an odi against pak...india were chasing...and in a good position...they hadn't lost a wicket and schin was going great guns...
-The paki wicket keeper then to lift the morale of the team moin khan shouted from behind the stumps...'koi nahi..koi nahi ..bas ek wicket ki baat hai'.
Few overs later then sachin got out...
and yes you guessed it...Moin got vindicated...we lost the match.

"Its not as if sachin can't bat in crisis situation.., a crisis situation gets genereated when sachin gets out"
And when he is around you dont feel its crisis

When were they ever!?
by bhanu on Jan 01, 2011 12:35 AM  | Hide replies

C'mon - India's victories have always depended more on Dravid, Laxman and Sehwag. I do not think that Tendulkar has been a corner stone for victories in even 10% of the matches he has played.

He is no doubt a great batsman, but has seldom bailed India out of crises, or has fashioned an Indian win singlehandedly.

in all the examples you mentioned..there were considerable contributions, although not as much as Sachin, from others aswell. And without these other contributions we would not have won...
