Dhoni is always right.As a Captain,he always support his boys and make him perform.Thats a good leader's job.He is not concerned about his own accomplishment but praises every team member.Dhoni has made us proud so many times.If some other captain was in his place,he would have blown his own trumpet.Dhoni is cool.

well, prior to start of first test, Dhoni was bit arrogant. When someone asked him to comment about Sachin may reach his golden test ton, he said the individual performance doesnt matter and team performance is need. Yes, it was true, but after the loss of test, many have not complained about India losing the test, but the major news was Sachin's 50th ton. Dhoni could have been little more matured while uttering his words. If he would have said, that everyone is waiting for Sachin to score his 50th ton and we are all waiting is a simple word that would have been nice.
When the white media (and their slaves in India) shamelessly hail the drug cheat as the greatest slow bowler ever, readers here kept quiet. The drug cheat and womanizer is actually not even fit to tie Murali's shoelaces.
Now that Dhoni has paid them back in their own coin, I see that the sepoys are out in full force questioning his judgement.
I have been amazed to see a lot of negative comments about Sachin. People here want him to quit and say he is selfish. They make a big deal about his exposing the tail to the bowlers in the last test. What else could he do? If it was a matter of playing out a few overs or getting the last few runs, yes he could have shielded the tailenders. But for heavens sake, there was one full day to play for and India needed at least another 325 runs to save the match. So no options there. Let's enjoy Sachin while he is playing. We are blessed that in our times we have seen Indian batsman of the caliber of Sachin, Dravid, Laxman and Sehwag. After they are gone, it would be just a memory and all we can do is compare them to future generations. So folks, shut up and enjoy the game and these great batsmen while they are still there.
To say Tendulkar is better than Bradman? Has he seen Bradman bat? Without seeing how Bradman batted how can Dhoni talk utter rubbish. Sachin's average is only in the 50's, Bradman's was 99. Dhoni is just a lucky captain at best. Dhoni is not even a great captain.

When you haven't seen Don bat, how can you say that MSD's comments are rubbish?
I agree that the chap is a very lucky captain and that he would be hounded out in three years time when the Fab Four(Dravid, Tendulkar, Laxman and Sehwag) quit(Sehwag is gone on record to state that he would retire after 100 tests).

See, you should understand in a better way.Breadman never was brave enough to expose his country's tail to a firepower attack of one of the best teams in the world on a bouncy wicket...Ah! what a show by Sachin on the 5th day to expose Sreesanth and Unadkat to Steyn and Morkel!!! In this aspect, Sachin leads Bradman, big way!!!

The whole Australia including Bradman was crying against the pace attack of Larwood a medium pacer of today's standard.
Sachin faces this kind of attack regularly an it is no more called bodyline.
And at the time of Bradman tests were timeless. not five days as today.

I dont understand why this Tendulkar is playing like this when he had to retire long time ago. Its better he retires before the world cup next year. The team needs people who play for the team, even a 30 or 40 runs for the team's cause to win is appreciative. Scoring a century in a losing or already lost cause is useless. Hope Tendulkar thinks for the betterment of the team and retires soon, making way for youngsters who also want to make a name and see some money. Tendulkar was not a leader and will never be.

Do you even understand the words that you are typing....tendulkar has hit 7 tons this year with five in winning cause or helping a draw......his best in his career. He has hit his highest ODI score this year and for 20-20 he proved enoigh with Mumbai Indians that he can lead alright....heis the greatestbatsman of his era and one who thinks otherwise should get out of the path of being the cynical
Finally all that matters is the end result of the test match. Might one remind the captain that the end result of the last test was not too flattering.
As Yogi Berra ( an American sportsman and coach ) said "Winning is not everything, it is the only thing".
Everyone who knows anything about cricket, knows that sachin is the best in the world...some ppl try to complicate things for others...Bradman had only played 52 test matches and sachin has played thrice the matches Don had played...

Yeah - the lack of cricket from 1939 to 1945 due to a certain Austrian corporal in Germany should be held against the Don.
Sachin is uncomparable.Even Don had said that Sachin is playing like me.Now he surpasses everone.We don't need expert's comments on him.Such commentrators are only making irrelevant comments without contributing anything for the name and fame of the Nation.
Who cares if he is better than Bradman or Lara. Its ook, we all agree that he made tonns of runs and made 1000000X times more money than an ordinary cricketer. But cricket is a team game. and every body knows Tendulkar won very few matches for India. Infact Kapil, Robin singh, Laxman and Dhoni even suresh raina won more matches than Tendulkar. And please stop saying Tendulkar is great and he should get Bharath Ratna. One should not forget that Cricket is only played by 10-15 nations, and in North america nobody even know it. So Bharath Ratna should be given to a person who famed India in the world, not to Tendulkar for sure.

Idolising in India is not something new. These fanatic people go to any extent to prove their idol is great, greater and the greatest. Sachin is a great player for having played that many tests and making many runs for India and himself. But as you rightly pointed out he didn't win many matches for India and in fact he gave in for pressure at the need of the hour. I knew, not many people in this forum agree with my views. But that's a fact and reality.

Mr gg, When you write comment u need to remember that what you compare or write the facts look what you are writing. You are saying no body knows in north america about cricket. Cricket is an accepted sport in schools in tronto, Great vancouver and calgary. Now you tell me how many schools in asia and others have Ice hockey and american football. They dont play what we play and we dont play what they play.
