Australia 86/8 (37.3 ov) against England at home
by Ramelton Pandya on Dec 26, 2010 09:24 AM  | Hide replies

Look at what can happen to the best of the teams. And just a week back we had lot of non-thinkers ready to hang the indian team for getting out for 136.

Now come on, call for Ponting to retire, call for him to selfish, call for him to be blah blah blah. What do you eman by you can not do it? Just double standars haan? You wasted no time to do that to Sachin.

But then, I forgot that Sachin is responsible for NO performance from bowlers. What a bunch of ignorant jokers.

Andy flower,Sachin Tendulkar r greatest ever batsman
by bala murugan on Dec 26, 2010 07:13 AM  | Hide replies

One should know both Sachin & Andy flower are really tuff n talented cricker .
REason

1.Both performed 200% , when their team is loosing.

2. They always stay postive even their team loose 20 straight ODIS and Tests.

Ponting,Hayden,M Waugh ,S waugh, Pakis,Lara , De silva, etc., played well because their team were strong and had top bowling attacks especially Aussies.

There is no big surprise to score runs from top team.

Tendulkar, A Flower always scored runs despite Azhars betting & Zimbabwes political problem.

Win from negative environment is the real enjoyment.

I have no doubt that u consider your father also a joker....but that is how you are.... so i do not blame you but your school from where you have done your education... I see so many cricket pundits sharing their views... i have one thing to tell them.. please check the statistics & see how india has performed in those series in which tendulkar was not playing. please consider matches played before 2008 because now india has got a very good one day team to play in india.... The point i am trying to prove is tendulkar's mere presence makes a lot of difference in the team. We have never won a tri series in australia till tendulkar made it possible. Bevan, Ganguly, Anwar, Dean jones, david boon, greenidge, hayens, hayden & many more were great one day players........ Gavaskar, Don Bradman, soberse, george headly, lara, ponting,Kallis, gream pollock & many more were all great test cricketers... Show me one me one batsman who is close to tendulkar in both forms of the game.... World cup 1996 - Everything was going well till tendulkar was on the pitch...
world cup 1999-2000 - Tendulkar lost his father & we lost our match against zimbabway which later became the main reason for our exit from super six league.... World cup 2003 - Tendulkar got failed in two matches both against australia & we lost two matches both against autralia (incliding one in the final...) SO STOP CRITISIZING, HE IS TOO FAR TO HEAR YOU.

No cricketer thinks Tendulkar as a joker but only as the greatest batman ever in the cricket history.

You are miserable and fit for nothing in life.

Mentality of some posters
by LG on Dec 25, 2010 05:29 PM  | Hide replies

These people have the mentality of beggars---

(1)expect everything on plate without putting any efforts or proving their worth that they are deserving humans.

(2) abuse/condemn someone who gives them alms for getting less than expectation without appreciating it as they get without making any efforts

(3) behave like SCs/STs..that is dream of entry into colleges/IITS or get a job in place of more deserving people

people with mentality carry these distorted thoughts and start questioning or abusing Sachin, the cricket legend:

Q1. Why didn't he shielded Sreeshant and undakant from Styn at one end and Morkel at other end one full day on day 5?

--Why should he? It there was a great opportunity for these two to prove their worth in the team, display their characters or even learn something from this while fighting out (facing fast bowlers) in Match, which was lost 100% by Day 4.

Q2. Why didn't he save us from inning-defeat?

Only fools find the difference between inning defeat and defeat by 10-wicket, they can not understand the importance of the opportunity on hand in this match on day 5...that is to train a new player on field by giving him the chance to fight it out in the middle by facing bowlers rather than avoiding them.

But then i-d-i-o-ts are i-d-i-o-ts because they derive pleasure by abusing and condemning greats.

sachin is hyped up by media...he is not miles ahead of kallis and ponting...both of them can break tendulkar's records...and both have done more than batting..kallis has 270 wickets..and ponting as captain has two world cups.....so forget bradman...he needs to be better than kallis and ponting....although i must say tendulkar is the most good looking batsman ever in terms of his elegant shots....

There is difference between " could break the records" and actually "braking the records#.

but then, fools like you will hardly understand this, so no problem. Keep barking like dogs ...all dogs die barking without making any difference.

what i mean to say is...that kallis and ponting have other reponsibilties and still they are very close to tendulkar in batting records...tendulkar is used by media to keep cricket popular in india and make money for everyone...se how everyone forgot india's humiliating loss and focussed on tendulkar...infact i think virender sehwag will end up as a greater batsman than tendulkar...
