Dhoni has failed to handle leadership after reaching at the top. The way he handles press conferences is PATHETIC, POOR and IMMATURE. Indians would like to know from him, why he needs to use media to ask questions to selectors, send messages to his teammates and so on. He is MISERABLE in handling the pressure. His own batting prowess is only to score runs despite team loosing. He is no longer a FINISHER, but plays like RAVI SHASTRI at one time, just to score run and balme others for not able to finish the game.
He looks lifeless, does not inspire team or countryman. He lacks the sustainability needed for leadership at this era. He has been biggest DISAPPOINTMENT and let down countryman with his capabilities both at ground and outside of it.

Have you seen his batting nowadays? He might be no 1 player as per ranking, but he should not think that he can play at any position.
It is very clear that friendship plays a big role in the team selection. How else can you explain the constant presence of RP singh,Praveen kumar, Ishant who either lack in quality and pace(RP,PK) or are unfit(Ishant). All of these guys are there in the new pepsi ad alongwith MSD and hence are in the team too. Whereas Sreesanth, who dismissed MSD in the IPL2,is not on good terms despite being a far better bowler than the above three. And Balaji/Sudip tyagi have been in form of late but are never considered. Nothing new though, as during Sachins time, Agarkar and samir dighe used to get in. It was Sourav alone who rose above all such petty things.

Parchi is now a very regular trend. I believe Ranji trophy gave many good players but only old used horses are being reused

Dravid is an anchor man. You might not need him while Yuvi, Sachin are playing their best, but you must keep in the team for the rainy days.

Do you think they still play for India? it seems that they just paid to perform something and the outcome of that does not matter.
