No you are not honest and true Indian. Get lost right away. As for Tendulkar, he is the greatest batsmen ever not only in India but in the world.

Be dispassionate and think, donot blindly say something which does not stand reason, see the others' teams and their players at the top like Ponting, Mahela, Kumara, Rahul, etc etc and list is long of yesteryears and current u find that many wud reach the level Sachin has been thrust upon

then don't reply to my Tendulkar posts at all. Cause if you post any non-sense about Tendulkar, especially my posts, you will get the reply back.

by the way, you can call me by any name and that won't hurt me. You can abuse me but you can't abuse Tendulkar and if you do I along with any Sachin fan will respond to b*s*a*d* like you.

Let the other guys you mentioned statistically achieve what Tendulakar has achieved. Then we can compare

when we pick worlds best its not based on wat u think or i think. Lara, gavaskar, akram, hadlee, moody, warne & tons of other professionals believe that he is the best. Now there wud be ppl who disagree like atherton & his point is valid too that without protection he wudnt have scored so much. But then in modern day cricket bradman wudn't have had avg of 100 either.
These English ppl refused to accept dat Earth Revolves round da Sun for 700 years. I hope they would take some less time to accept dat Sachin Is da greatest player of his generation.
Poor Country England.. Could not even Win a single World Cup.. And James Anderson.. ha ha ha. Our Ajit Agarkar has taken more wickets dan him..

then mdrchod learn to respect legends. Don't call Tendulkar midget. Yeah he looks smaller but Tendulkar is better and stronger than you which makes you look midget in front of Tendulkar.

Don't get all hurled upbadwe, you call a midget a midget.Besides you are letting anger get a better of you which is a sign that you can't take criticism about this mediocre batsman.

who is mediocre?? You shameless Indian, you are mediocre in your life. Have you done any thing in your life??? Shameless person.
Without any doubt, Tendulkar is the greatest one day player of all time. One-day cricket always has had helmets.
Now, if we come to tests, there are many competitors and even a great fan of sachin's like me will be hard-pressed to say it without flinching. Sachin is only one among the many greats to have played cricket. To compare test cricketers may not be easy and helmets are not the only reason why.
Test cricket is more than just about winning/losing. It is also about saving a game. A really slow laborious 20/30 runs may also help the team. A 2 wicket haul may not show up in the figures but they may have been the most crucial ones in that test... So, it is a test not just of how many runs, what averages, how many wickets, what strike rate etc. but a test of how the cricketer performs given a certain scenario.
No doubt, Sachin has performed well in tests but whether he is the best ever cannot be said without a doubt. Even a Rahu Dravid has performed equally well and has helped India on many an occasion in the last 10-15 years. And then there are the Laras, the Bradmans, the Athertons and the Warnes and god knows who else.
BUT, in one days, it is SACHIN alone who commands that top position. He would be the first choice in ANY team (except perhaps India where people love to hate him)!

@AA rightly said.... how people compare the different generations,I really don't know? in the last 2 decades no doubt tendulkar is greatest, but before sachin its Viv richards and before that some others else.... Its really unfair to compare the different generations bcoz they never played with each other....
